Someone I know wrote this very nice post explaining the core intuition around Shapley values (which play an important role in impact assessment) using Venn diagrams, and I think it's great. It might be the most intuitive explainer I've come across so far.
Incidentally, the post also won an honorable mention in 3blue1brown's Summer of Mathematical Exposition.
