In this episode, I’m finally back to cover the final phase of a woman’s menstrual cycle . . . it’s probably the least known phase: the FOLLICULAR PHASE.

As a quick reminder . . .The four phases of a women’s infradian rhythm (aka: monthly cycle) are: menstruation, follicular, ovulation and luteal

Personally, I loved learning about this to help know what was happening with my hormones in each phase so I knew how to better organize my life to meet my ever changing hormones - instead of being caught off guard and confused or trying to live according to a man’s infradian rhythm which is how society is basically structured.

Your hormones are completely different in each of these 4 phases -today I just want to highlight the follicular phase.
