Fully booked coaches have fun in their business and make sales effortlessly. They know the 4 things you need to get more paying clients as a non-diet coach.
If you are following marketing approaches simply because some guru told you to, you might be out of alignment. Especially if you feel yucky executing those marketing approaches. In fact, this is likely part of the reason it's not working or helping you get more paying clients.
Our desire to adhere to a selling protocol is created by the same problematic thinking that our clients engage in. This means following someone else's sales protocol as a non-diet coach is like your client following an influencer's meal plan. They're both attractive, but beneath the surface, they leave us feeling yucky and believing even less in ourselves than before.

Healthism is a term new to most of us, and especially to our non-diet coaching clients. It can be defined as the preoccupation with personal health as a primary focus for the definition and achievement of well-being; a goal which is to be attained primarily through the modification of lifestyles.
Healthism is in a way the upgraded version of Diet Culture. Instead of judging people based on their "thinness", it judges folks (including our clients) based on their health.
In this episode of the podcast, we will explore the ramification of healthism – the desire to be healthy gone wrong – with an expert in the topic, Dana Sturtevant.

Decolonizing diet culture and our approach to non-diet coaching is essential for the healing of all of our clients and it's goes beyond simply white people's food.
Diet culture centers on the white narrative of what is "healthy". Non-diet coaches need to know how to hold space for clients who have been taught that their food is "bad", and play an active role in decolonizing diet culture in practice.

Thin privilege in coaching is a reality that will impact your client relationship and coaching efficiency.
Here's the thin privilege definition: being able to experience the world knowing you will always be accommodated for and considered "acceptable", based on the (smaller) size of your body.
Thin privilege in health coaching – what it means for non-diet coaching businesses is that coaches in smaller bodies have to take responsibility for their thin privilege in practice.
