Madeline calls herself a “personal chef gone wild”–and not for the reasons you might think. In her early twenties, Madeline was quietly battling SIBO, or small intestine bacterial overgrowth (8:29). After years of struggling, Madeline healed herself with food, and once she did she was finally able to enjoy going out to eat again: and so BFS was born.
