In this episode I talk with Lindsey, a twin mom who recently had her 3rd baby. Lindsey is also a postpartum nurse, so she has a very interesting perspective on her experience. She talks about the trauma of having her twins in the NICU, how she worked toward healing and how her second birth was everything she did not know she needed.
We deep dive into postpartum depression and preparing for postpartum in a way that is more about caring for you and less about what you think you need on your baby registry.

Postpartum is something we do not talk about enough in our society.
Postpartum is also something we do not prepare mothers and parents to be for. And something as parents to be, we often do not realize we need to prepare for.
What that means is you have to dive in and learn all you can so you know what to expect and can prepare as best you can.
Postpartum is a conversation that we need to have. So in this series of chats we will discuss all things postpartum. You will hear other mamas stories and you I hope will glean inspiration and education from them.
If you already experienced postpartum, you might just hear something that resonates with you and validates your experience.
So let's talk about postpartum more!
