In today's episode we introduce United By Strength Nutrition Coaching and the 15 years of trial and error that led to its manifestation. Chanelle digs up an email titled: Cadet Shymske's Get Fit Tips that was equal parts genuine advice and terrible attempt at hitting on her. We share some laughs at how many different nutrition approaches we have tried over the years and how much our outlook has changed in the last decade and a half.

In today's episode Chanelle and Grant discuss what Glassman meant and intended when making that recommendation and pick apart sport as being an excellent expression of your fitness if not a very good trainer of said fitness. We also look at sport as a way of preventing burn out and giving your training a focus.

In this episode nationally ranked strongman competitor Chanelle Santana joins Grant to discuss weighted carries and how to incorporate them into your programming as a replacement for machine use or other monostructural movements like running. As coaches and athletes we tend to get stuck on the same movements especially when it comes to 'cardio'. Well the sport of strongman has long ago figured out how to get your heart and lungs pumping while simultaneously getting you jacked!
