Emotional violence is a complex issue that can manifest in many ways. What is self-emotional violence? It is a form of abuse where individuals inflict emotional harm on themselves. It can involve negative self-talk,
self-criticism, self-blame, and feelings of worthlessness. This type of abuse can be just as damaging as emotional violence inflicted by others.
