Dear soul friends - in this episode, I am here to help you acknowledge any grief you may harbor around unmet dreams, through my personal journey of experiencing this grief around my business.

This is an unusual episode - I got the nudge from my guides to share what I've been intuiting so far around the US elections (this was recorded and posted on Election Day, 2024, before any results were announced). 

Some things I've felt into over the past few months didn't come to pass, while other probabilities have felt stronger and consistent - I go into details of what I received in this episode - and also do some real time channeling with my guides. 

The guides talk about some events being pre-determined and agreed upon and other events having more flux around them - they describe how there is already collective agreement on the final outcome, which was an interesting concept to receive.

I also take a moment for us to feel into love and harmony through this time, especially by finding it within ourselves - to navigate the emotional intensity of this time and maintain peace within ourselves and others - regardless of the election's outcome. 

Whatever may be the result, my intention is that this episode will inspire you to work with your own intuitive abilities and deepen your understanding of the energies in our lives from a place of tremendous self-trust.

Experiencing menstrual pain is a journey many of us navigate each month during our moon cycle, and I definitely have been there too. Today, I want to take you through an energetic practice and receive a channeled message within the Akashic Records that is intended to bring through healing, ease and comfort at this time.  We start with creating a sacred physical space of comfort, embracing supportive elements like pillows, hot packs, and crystals or candles and then energetically tap into the ever-present nurturing energy of Mother Earth. The guides share a message about the trapped collective feminine rage we are feeling - a message so powerful that I was overwhelmed with tears and emotion. This energy has been trapped for so long in the wombs of women whose words and feelings have been left unspoken for so long. Allow yourself to feel as you feel these words and this energy move through you.

Our session ends with a collective hug as we receive and feel every person with with a physical or energetic uterus receiving this and sharing their unspoken words and allowing their sacred rage through.  Thank you for joining me on this journey, and for being a part of this deeply healing experience.

Have you ever wondered how our personal and collective narratives shape our health? particularly when it comes to digestive issues? In this first of its kind episode on this podcast, I set the intention to explore the metaphysical, emotional and spiritual root cause of digestive or intestinal issues - from diarrhea to constipation, to irritable bowel issues. We have all journeyed through some form of these in our lifetime and I hope that this episode brings healing and an energetic shift around anything you are experiencing or have experienced.

The Akashic Records invites us to tap into our sacral chakra, via the visual of an energy ball to explore our personal balance of flow and structure. The spirit guides encourage us to journal using the following prompts to bring awareness to these parts of us, and know that awareness itself can be tremendously healing.

Q1 - Where in your life do you feel that you don't have the right level of boundaries?
Either things are flowing in too many different directions or there's too much energy in that place in your life. If it feels anxiety-provoking or stressful or overwhelming, it is a sign that it needs more containing.

Q2 - Where in your life do you feel like you're not finding the right level of flow?
Where do you feel too closed up, too boundaried or not receiving the energy you'd really like to be receiving but not connecting with the right people, right opportunities, the next idea or something else needed at home, family, at work, via other responsibilities or in your spiritual practices?

Q3 - How is it that I can shift the energy around these?
As the guides said, this is a practice of awareness, and when you bring awareness to all of these things, it helps to shift the energy because you're bringing this neutral observer perspective to it all, rather than weighing yourself down with the shame, the burden and the frustration of how you feel about your body.

Set an intention and plan when you can reflect on these questions - not from a place of pressure, but from a place of lovingly listening to these parts of you.
