While I've spent many decades being very logical and methodical, especially in my consulting career where every decision is driven by logic and data, over the past few years I found my way to a place where intuition and magic are oh-so-real. In this episode I share my personal journey of struggling to swing my "pendulum" from being more of my logical self to being more of my magical, intuitive self and finding ways to bring more of my intuitive self to work - from leading a series of guided meditations to giving a human design reading to a very logical boss of mine. T

If you have found yourself paralyzed by mundane yet necessary tasks (legal, financial ones) or some other task that feels emotionally heavy that you continue to procrastinate on, today's episode is for you. Through multiple examples from my own life, I walk you through why procrastination is a perfectly normal nervous system response to such tasks and how tuning into your emotional state, thoughts and beliefs as well as finding coregulation can be so supportive in building inner trust to get these things done.

Today I'm sharing more about how I learned about the magical soul language that is Human Design almost 4 years ago (longer than what you will hear in this recording) - a system where ancient wisdom meets modern science to reveal our truest self.

I'll take you through my own experience, of hearing about Human Design on a podcast - just like you are - to a profound Human Design reading that brought acceptance and clarity, particularly in understanding my family's dynamics. When I learned to embrace my sensitive nature and my husband, as a Projector, discovered his innate need for rest, it brought in a deeper level of understanding ourselves and each other. My hope is you can see Human Design as a language to finding peace in who we are and the sense of validation that Human Design can offer.
