If you have debated how to assert yourself in challenging conversations, or how to navigate when you intuitively sense when someone is not voicing how they truly feel, this episode can serve you. Ever felt drained and overwhelmed, yet had to keep moving? You're not alone. We've all been there, and I was there recently myself. I was exhausted, but I had responsibilities to attend to, not least of which was negotiating with my high-energy young daughter. What I have found is key to navigating through such times? 
Knowing your true self and honoring your unique energy.

We'll delve into 1) the importance of self-care and discuss why creating space for personal reflection is so important, 2) how acknowledging our thoughts and feelings can help us honor our nervous system states and reconnect us with our true selves and 3) the power of 'informing', a strategy rooted in Human Design, and how you can use it to navigate your day. Additionally, 4) we'll touch on grounding practices that bring us back to our body - think meditation, dance, exercise, and music - and discuss the importance of maintaining our own energetic boundaries. Ever feel like you are living a life dictated by external pressures rather than internal desires? Well, dear listeners, I, your host Nikhi Joshi, was once in that very position, pouring my all into motherhood as well as a high-powered consulting career, feeling deeply unfulfilled despite lots of external success.
