Additionally, 4) we'll touch on grounding practices that bring us back to our body - think meditation, dance, exercise, and music - and discuss the importance of maintaining our own energetic boundaries. Ever feel like you are living a life dictated by external pressures rather than internal desires? Well, dear listeners, I, your host Nikhi Joshi, was once in that very position, pouring my all into motherhood as well as a high-powered consulting career, feeling deeply unfulfilled despite lots of external success.
