Crowned the recent All- Ireland Champions, I was intrigued to find out what got that passion over the line to lift Sam. Every team has various personalities and traits, which will be displayed through this series.

Prepare your ears for the ridiculously talented, Kildare native Megan O’Neill, an irish singer songwriter. Most recently, Megan has been on The Late Late Show performing her song ‘Time in a Bottle', which aired in the famous new Netflix series Firefly lane this year. Her voice has been heard by millions, watch this space!

Megan is only getting bigger in the music scene, with her second album out on march 12th.  She has been singing & writing music for the past decade, has toured world-wide and performed with huge faces such as Tom Jones. In this lovely heart-warming episode we discuss the meaning behind her albums, life in Nashville, powerful women in music, and the complete and utter hard grafting that goes into the music profession. It is a special treat for you music enthusiasts, as Megan provides us with a special treat at the end of this episode with a stunning version of her song 'Ireland'. Hup Irish music!

Cork’s Brid Stack is venturing to Australia to join @gwsgiants for the next AFLW season. Having 11 all Ireland titles and 7 all stars, this bubbly lady is moving herself and her family to Oz to tackle a new sport, and she is taking it by the reigns. 

We all know her sporting career, but I got to know the lovely and hilarious personality that is Brid during this giggle-filled interview. She practises what she preaches.

We discuss teenage years, meeting her now husband in college, the importance of sport for socialising and life long friends, and ofcourse - becoming a mammy!

I had the chats with Dungannon Clarke's manager Chris, where we talk about how much it means to the town to win the Tyrone Senior Championship after a long drought. We discuss the history of the club, Dungannon during the troubles, and how the club and community are thriving. But most importantly, it's about the unforgettable season of extra times and heart stopping moments that will never be forgotten.
