This week, I am so honored to share the journey of Karolyn Schrage. Karolyn is a victim response team coordinate for RISE - Regional Intervention of Sexual Exploitation. The mission of is to work together with organizations and agencies within the four states area to increase public awareness through community collaboration and education, to identify human trafficking cases, and to connect identified victims with comprehensive social and medical services.
Karolyn and I had a chance to meet a few weeks ago while working together during a law enforcement operation in St. Louis. We provided outreach services to men who were arrested for attempting to purchase sex from a prostitute. We talk about that experience and the role everyone can play in reducing the demand for buying sex in the US.

Would you have the courage to give up the security of a high-paying job if God called you to share the Gospel with strangers in the parking lots of Wal-Mart? That's exactly what Ed Lane did more than seven years ago. Ed is a former lawyer who gave up the courtroom to hand out Bibles, encouragement and the word of God to strangers across Florida.
You can follow Ed's journey on Twitter: https://twitter.com/SolaScriptura98 and learn more about his journey here: https://followingjesuschrist3.com/. If you want to contribute to his ministry, drop him an email at [email protected].

It's not often that a self-described radical feminist joins forces with a Christian conservative on the same side of the cultural battlefield but that's exactly what happened on this week's episode.
Elly Arrow is an important voice and advocate that's speaking out against prostitution, sex trafficking and the dangers of pornography, from a radical feminist perspective. Elly blogs extensively on the subject of sex buyers on The Invisible Men blog where you can find quotes, analysis, statistics and more on the men who create the demand for the sex trade.

Welcome to November! Here in the Midwest, we've got a week of 70 degrees to start the month. That means my dog is getting a lot of outdoor time this week. Enjoying walks with her dog during the pandemic is what inspired today's guest to write her latest book. Sarah Geringer is a Christian author, podcaster, blogger and YouTuber. In addition to sharing God's wisdom with other creatives, Sarah released her newest book today, Hidden Manna on a Country Road, where she shares anecdotes about enjoying God's creation while talking walks with her dog. We also go deep on how divorce impacted both of our lives - as kids and now as adults. You can learn more about Sarah here.

I am so honored and blessed to share this week's episode that features Slone and Drew Adkins. I consider them not only friends but they now part of my family. Slone has been dealing with cancer for a large portion of her life. While not easy, by putting God in the center of their relationship, Slone and Drew are able to handle the trials of her cancer diagnosis and treatments. Slone is headed to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota for scans this week so please send up some prayers. Slone and Drew are two of the most unselfish and loyal servants God has in his Kingdom and their journey is going to fill you up with hope and encouragement in a way that only Jesus can do.

This week’s episode is another example of how Jesus brings healing to broken relationships and marriages. Hilarie Barry came to faith during her marriage crisis when a simple text message helped her discover that her husband was having affairs with multiple women. She uses her testimony filled with the power of forgiveness to bring encouragement to others. She is author of the book, We Survived Infidelity, and is the founder of Infidelity Care for Women, a Christian healing ministry.
