As we learn to become effective leaders its important that we become an asset to the teams we are apart of. Leaders understand that everyone has a role and everyone's role is a need for the success of the team. We have a unique opportunity as human beings to create and consume throughout our lives. As developing leaders it is important that we are grateful for what we have and learning the way to displays this gratitude in our everyday lives through our words and actions.

This week's episode we talk about the WHY? Why do we make decisions and what do we expect in return. Hear a personal testimony as to how I worked to find my WHY and what steps you can take finding your WHY? Finding your purpose is critical to building your foundation as a leader as well will likely find yourself helping others do the same.

When taking the first steps to building a foundation as a strong leader, leader must begin with self evaluation. Leaders must face their own issues with identity and direction.
