Whether it's Muppet-porn parody references, Donald being called out as a racist, sexual-predator by a "Shadow Foreign Secretary" or a dog who likes to play with himself, nothing is guaranteed but our passion for...whatever.

If you want to learn more about America's history of criminalized-cannabis, what a dog would totally NOT say to the invisible, floating lord in the sky or if in fact Trump has ever actually done anything that wasn't inline with that of a person with an IQ of 64, then tune in really hard this week, cause now that Coop&Myan are past the 50-episode mark, they are really finding their rhythm.

Whether you love it or hate it, TV has helped raise many of us through childhood, even in a time when you could count the channels on one hand. It’s the device that brings the world into your home. Alright maybe now it’s the internet but you’re still seeing it on a television screen so gimme a break. Oh, “Gimme a Break”, I used to love that show.

This week Unofficial’s got Kendrick Lamar, Stephen Colbert, Ricky Schroeder, Dr. Dre, Seann William Scott and probably a few other random references to middle-aged male celebrities you love... but if that’s not your thing then maybe stick around for some 80’s sitcom theme songs and Disney cartoons you’ve probably never seen. Johnny Fedora anyone?

Coop&Myan ramp up the aimless absurdity as the podcast community clamors for more, so tune in Monday’s and Thursday’s for your dose of the dudes in J30.

Is a child’s insight a window to the soul of the universe? Do their bouts of bubbling brilliance also contain the structure of fully formed opinions? Can a child tell us exactly why they can calmly state their disillusionment with an unseen creator despite it’s historical worship by half a planet?

This week on Unofficial Coop&Myan venture into a territory they never before imagined. Friend of the show, Josh brings his twin six-year-old daughters, Beatrix and Zoey to discuss their disbelief in the Almighty God, the public school system’s still-thriving indoctrination of the Pledge of Allegiance and the dietary maladies of the common hard-shelled tortoise.

Were the boys able to stay on topic? Did the ultimate question of the ages finally Come to a satisfying conclusion? Did the noble attempt at offering a platform to two second graders ultimately fly off the rails? Sometimes the most important thing is to not take things too seriously and simply have a good time. Mission accomplished.

Wow, Coop&Myan hit their first major numeric milestone, 50 episodes and it truly feels like we're still warming up. Where else can you tune in twice a week and get more coverage on more random poignant pointlessness in only 30 minutes than on Unofficial. Our 60 minute guest episodes on Thursdays adds another random element to Coop&Myan's inimitable chemistry that only expands on the creative unpredictability of their rabbit-hole investigation of the oft silly and always crazy, digital-era human condition.

Back from vacation, Coop&Myan touch on their time with family, Coop's travels to Poland and Greece and Myan's discount lobster roll epicuritude. Yeah, I made that up, deal with it. The boys reflect on their first 50 shows, reminisce about some of their favorite moments and guests and even pose a bucket-style wish-list of fantasy guests they'd both like to snag some day. Who could they have picked...Jesus, Ghandi...Elon Musk?? Nope, Unofficial isn't trying to impress you, we're just hitting the record button and thinking out loud. I hope Gordon isn't offended by that.

So as always, tune in to: find out the best country in which to be a rockstar, learn nothing about what the hell the "Acropolis" is, and of course refresh yourself on what allergies you should watch out for when offering food to the homeless...because we're all in this crazy situation together and every day it gets a little bit worse. Michael Moore tackles two modern issues that go all the way to the top: the flint water crisis and the beginning of the trump presidency. Two straightup clusterfucks driven by greed and the perversion of law and justice. Fortunately Coop&Myan know very little on the subject and will be voicing fully formed opinions on the matter. Coop&Myan are still on vacation but Unofficial is not. Next week we continue our curveball curriculum and pose the age-old question: Superman vs. The Invisible Man?? Does the early bird really get the worm? Well if you’re early to the studio you definitely get better parking. Coop&Myan aren’t even in LA…In fact, Myan couldn’t be any farther away and still be in the continental United States. Hell, Coop isn’t even in the country… But we are still finding a way to waste your time and we are doing it on schedule, as Unofficial’s vacation package rolls on through the end of May.

Myan is a picky bitch when it comes to impersonations but Cooper just thinks they’re fun to do. Luckily Aries Spears comes to the rescue and drops an unforgettable medley of classic rap icons and if you didn’t hear it 13 years ago on Live 105 then thank the YouTube gods for suspending time, for today is your lucky day.

Unofficial’s got your back and we’ll be back to regular programming Monday June 3rd like our time off with family never happened. They say no one ever looked back on their life and wished they’d spent more time in the office but when your office is the hearts and minds of a planet’s 7 billion inhabitants, it doesn’t sound all that bad.

So erase your road rage, ice your knees, do a hundred takes, eat Mr. Marfa’s Muffins, stop having tacos with Jesus and smash those roofi-tinis to the ground like the goddamn hero you are. Because we’re here for constant creation and we got no time for knuckleheads.
