  • The Enneagram Triads (head, heart and gut) and how they help us to grow with Tara & Evan

This week on Unpacked Evan and Tara chat about the growth and transformation through the lens of the enneagram triads (head, heart and body). We chat about how we are all made to grow mentally, physically and spiritually. Growth and transformation can be messy and we all take it at different speeds depending on our personal capacities. Tara and Evan explain the three triads (head, heart and body) and how one if often the place you start but we have all three in us and need to access all to transform. We share the ways these are connected to the enneagram and give real life examples of the emotions and practices connected for each triad. Knowing your enneagram core type can be helpful, but you don't need it to identify your starting place.
