It is easy to get mesmerized by the outer world, there is a lot of noise, flash and quite frankly distractions to keep you and I occupied most days and nights, and YET… so many famous people have demonstrated for us that getting all the outer circumstances right is no guarantee for health, happiness or 

long and fulfilling life. So listen in for the opportunity to remember that all the goodies we seek are actually available when we go inward and use life as an opportunity to align ourselves with the unceasing flow of everything. 

I’m so grateful life isn’t void of lessons. In fact, I look forward to learning new things every day. I suspect it is staying open, willing to learn, that keeps me youthful. I can only imagine that the stiffness elderly folks are known for may extend to our thoughts, emotions as well as our bodies. May we stay forever young! 

Nature teaches us some amazing, incredible, and often difficult lessons. This episode takes me back to my own mama hawk the one I was raised by and the one I became. We all can learn something from these few moments together. Thanks for listening in. 

We have all heard how failure often births something new, or what’s next. This past week was full of failures for me and once again I discovered that if I lean into the mess of failure and don’t get lost in it, something amazing, inspiring and unexpected may arise. Today is a bitter-sweet one, it seems it must be as mothering is bitter and sweet. I don’t know of a mother who hasn’t suffered over being just that, the one who stands in for a life until that life can stand for itself.
