Let’s take a look at the impact of before and after moments. As we are always in the midst of them, aren’t we? Let's be more aware of how we creating our after moment experiences. 

Most of us know that our relationships would be in better shape if we were better listeners, and yet we often fail to listen. Let’s look at this together and see how we might all speak less and listen more, leaving others with the experience of being heard.

We will all die one day, what our experience is of it, and those around us may vary, and yet, it is love that matters most. I changed the title, so the zencastr one doesn't match! 

I grew up with guilt and shame, it’s just the way it was. The God I knew about was a God of retribution, Jesus however was a more loving presence which I gravitated to. 

Justice is often thought of as balance, but what if it is more about how can we stand in the flow of infinite love in the midst of our worst moments? Then what? 

Listen in, see what you hear. 

It seems we live in a time where knowledge is held high and yet I am so aware of the power of ‘not knowing”.  What if you just stuck with whatever you are doing consistently, not knowing the outcome, what might happen? Or what if you simply gave, gave of whatever you have to give trusting that the gift itself has value, whether you ever experience it or not? Living into you just never know is trusting. Come on, listen in. You never know what might be in it for you. 

It is easy to get mesmerized by the outer world, there is a lot of noise, flash and quite frankly distractions to keep you and I occupied most days and nights, and YET… so many famous people have demonstrated for us that getting all the outer circumstances right is no guarantee for health, happiness or 

long and fulfilling life. So listen in for the opportunity to remember that all the goodies we seek are actually available when we go inward and use life as an opportunity to align ourselves with the unceasing flow of everything.
