  • Validation

This week I am trying something new, I am reading one of the stories from my book and also recording with video!

There is always a lesson or insight in each of the stories and today's is about the experience of being validated. Let's look at this together.

I am always happy to hear from you and you can reach me at [email protected] and I will reply.

  • I am homeless ... yet I have received so much generosity from strangers... why is that so?

This week we are still in the series where you send me a real-life situation or question and have me respond on an upcoming podcast. Remember I don’t have your answers, you do, however, I might just share a perspective you haven’t thought of and it may just give you some freedom or more growing room. Just email me at [email protected] and I will reply on an upcoming podcast.

This week I am sharing an email from someone asking, I am homeless ... yet I have received so much generosity from strangers... why is that so? You don’t need to be homeless to relate to being on the receiving end of other people's generosity, listen in

  • Why is gratitude so difficult?

This week we are still in the series where you send me a real-life situation or question and have me respond on an upcoming podcast. Remember I don’t have your answers, you do, however, I might just share a perspective you haven’t thought of and it may just give you some freedom or more growing room. Just email me at [email protected] and I will reply on an upcoming podcast.

This week I am responding to someone who asked me why gratitude is so difficult. Do we think we deserve what we have? Or perhaps our fear of losing what we have keeps us from being grateful? I always find it is difficult to be grateful if I don’t understand the end of something or that it was only temporary, or passing through.

About Unreasonably Grateful

From the publisher's feed

We learn from each other's stories. Terces breaks her heart wide open pouring out the wisdom she's learned through her 35-year journey of recovery from twenty years of addiction (an eating disorder) to gratitude as a way of being, a place you come from not get to. This show inspires, encourages or helps us all seek a deeper meaning in our day to day life.
