Your personality is not who you really are.
What?!?!
I know that doesn't make sense, but if you stick with me on this episode, I'll break down for you why your personality isn who you are, but rather a carefully crafted cocktail between who you are and the roles you had to play to secure attachment form your parents when you were growing up.
In this episode we talk about how to separate our true authentic selves from our personality, why we would want to do that, when it's appropriate to do that and what becomes available to us when we do.
As always - we go deep, so buckle up and get ready for a dive into consciousness!

How is it possible that even if you had a happy childhood, you STILL need to work on past hurts? In this episode we break down a more accurate definition of trauma, one that fits in with the common experience of having a good childhood, growing up to be a good person but still carrying around unresolved anger and hurt.

We also give a more accurate definition of "healing" and what that actually looks like in emotional work.

Lastly we talk about how the work of becoming Consciously Integrated changes every single relationship in the family, which is why this work is transformational.
