š Live from FETC | Unscripted Intelligence: Game Changers SeriesĀ
Guest: Jerri Kemble + Jamie Saponaro
Host: Arvin Ross + Dr. Michelle Ament
Presented by: The Human Intelligence Movement
šEpisode Summary:
You might be thriving in your silo. You probably think you're doing fine.
Jerri Kemble would look you in the eye and say: imagine what you could do if you weren't alone in it.
Jerri Kemble and Jamie Saponaro have spent years at ClassLink building spaces where educators can stop performing and start connecting. Nearly 200 podcast episodes. Linking Leaders events. Rooms full of people who didn't know they needed each other until they were finally in one.
This conversation at FETC 2026 gets honest about why silos exist, why they're so hard to break, and why the answer isn't just collaboration. It's community.
Their unavoidable truths hit where you'd expect. We are not preparing kids to be lifelong learners. And we know what needs to change. It's time to stop talking around it.
This one is for every educator who's ever done great work alone and wondered what it would feel like to do it together.

šļø Uniquely Human - Episode 4
Guest: Dr. Nneka McGee, Sam Densley, and Margot Toppen
Host: Arvin Ross + Dr. Michelle Ament
Presented by: The Human Intelligence Movement
šEpisode Summary:
You can learn everything and still know nothing.
That's the gap between knowledge and wisdom. We've been building the wrong thing for decades.
This week on Unscripted Intelligence, Michelle Ament and Arvin Ross are joined by three people who've each lived this tension differently.Ā
Margot Toppen has spent her career sensing what's unsaid and helping people claim what they already know.Ā
Nneka McGee researched AI implementation in K-12 classrooms and keeps asking what we're actually preparing students for.Ā
Sam Densley coaches teachers, teaches simply, and has discovered that excelling at being bored might be the most countercultural skill left.
Together, they ask what wisdom actually needs to grow. And whether we're creating any of those conditions.

šļø Uniquely Human - Episode 3
Guest: Kevin Dougherty, Anna Shildrick, and Bryan Zevotek
Host: Arvin Ross + Dr. Michelle Ament
Presented by: The Human Intelligence Movement
šEpisode Summary:
Right answers. Fast output. Clean conclusions. We called that thinking. Then a machine started doing it faster, and suddenly everyone's worried about critical thinking.Ā
But when was the last time any of us actually sat with something hard long enough to think it through? Not Google it. Not prompt it. Really think about it.
That slow, uncomfortable, messy work of making meaning for yourself?Ā
Itās metacognition, and it might be the most uniquely human thing we have left.
This week, hosts Michelle Ament and Arvin Ross are going there with Kevin Dougherty, Anna Shildrick, and Bryan Zevotek to discuss how humans actually learn, think, and grow.
This is a live community conversation, and we need your voice in the room.Ā
Bring your questions.Ā
Bring your pushback.Ā
Bring the story of the last time you caught yourself outsourcing your own mind.Ā
Because the best part of this conversation hasn't been uncovered yet.

š Live from FETC | Unscripted Intelligence:
Game Changers SeriesĀ
Guest: Juliana Finegan
Host: Arvin Ross + Dr. Michelle Ament
Presented by: The Human Intelligence Movement
šEpisode Summary:
Nobody expected a classroom technology platform to change how teachers feel about themselves.
But that's what Juliana Finegan keeps finding.
A former chemistry teacher. Teach for America. 70 schools visited. 1,750 surveys completed. One question driving all of it: what actually makes a teacher feel successful?
Not perform successfully. Feel it.
Because when teachers feel successful, something shifts. They take risks. They try things that might not work. They stop surviving the school day and start leading it.
Most PD skips that layer entirely. We hand educators a tool, run them through a training, and wonder why nothing changes Monday morning. Juliana's research says the problem isn't the training. It's everything we built the training on top of.
This conversation gets into what it actually takes to build teacher confidence at scale, why the best PD looks exactly like the classroom experience we want students to have, and what happened when one district ditched the front-of-room desk entirely because the technology finally made something better possible.
The tool didn't change the classroom. The belief did.

Host: Arvin Ross + Dr. Michelle Ament

Game Changers at FETC | VEX Robotics Is Building Human Intelligence
šEpisode Summary:
Nobody expected a robot to teach kids how to talk to each other.
In this episode of Game Changers at FETC, we sit down with Tina and Jimmy to explore what VEX Robotics is unlocking in classrooms that no curriculum ever could.
When students gather around a VEX robot, something shifts. "I" becomes "we."
Competition becomes collaboration.
Students who struggled to connect suddenly have something worth connecting over.
Tina watched VEX transform engagement for students with special needs in ways traditional instruction never reached, because with VEX, there is no wrong answer. Only the next attempt.
The hardest thing she's asked teachers to do has nothing to do with robotics. It's giving up the belief that they have to be the smartest person in the room.
VEX Robotics is building communicators, collaborators, critical thinkers and creative problem solvers.

šļø Uniquely Human - Episode 1
Guest: Tina Austin
Host: Arvin Ross + Dr. Michelle Ament
Presented by: The Human Intelligence Movement
šEpisode Summary:
We know artificial intelligence is advancing at an unprecedented pace. The harder question is whether human intelligence is keeping up.
In the first episode of the Uniquely Human series, Michelle Ament & Arvin Ross sit down with Tina Austin, CEO and founder of Gainable AI, to explore the human skills that ultimately determine how AI shapes our world.
Long before institutions were ready, Tina brought generative AI into classrooms and professional learning spaces. What followed was resistance, uncertainty, and deep ethical tension. Instead of retreating or rushing forward, she stayed at work. Her leadership helped influence faculty-led AI policy, literacy, and ethics initiatives across higher education, grounded not in hype but in human judgment and responsibility.
This is a conversation about reclaiming what makes us human in a world that desperately needs it.

šļø Game Changers - Episode 6
Guest: Dr. Jorge Valenzuela, Dr. Kim Abel, + Tim Needles
Host: Arvin Ross + Dr. Michelle Ament
Presented by: The Human Intelligence Movement
šEpisode Summary:
Letās stop pretending student disengagement is a mystery.
We keep asking young people to sit quietly, follow directions, and consume information. Then we act surprised when they disconnect.Ā
In this Game Changers episode of Unscripted Intelligence, Dr. Jorge Valenzuela, Tim Needles, and Dr. Kim Abel surface the unavoidable truth behind engagement in schools today. Learning breaks down when students are treated as consumers, when creativity is optional, and when relevance is negotiable.
From project-based learning and student entrepreneurship to creative advocacy and immersive virtual reality classrooms, this conversation exposes what happens when we stop designing learning for compliance and start designing it for humans.
This is not about better tools.
It is about the courage to admit what is not working.

Guest: Dr. Rachel Edoho-Eket + Dr. Amy Jackson
Host: Arvin Ross + Dr. Michelle Ament
Presented by: The Human Intelligence Movement
šEpisode Summary:
In this special Game Changers episode, Michelle and Arvin sit down with two leaders redefining what leadership must become in the Intelligence Age.
Dr. Rachel Edoho-Eket brings decades of experience as a principal, mentor, author, and statewide leader. Her work proves that joy, relational intelligence, and mentorship are not ānice-to-havesā but the foundation of effective school leadership.
Dr. Amy Jackson operates at the intersection of instruction, technology, and equity. She shows how instructional leaders can step confidently into tech roles, how change management succeeds only when people feel seen, and how leaders from the margins rewrite culture.
Together, they challenge everything about the old leadership rulebook.
In partnership with Community EDU and FETC 2026!
