With a spring in their step, just like the March sisters, Rachele and Cecilia review Greta Gerwig’s adaptation of Louisa May Alcott’s beloved novel Little Women. Also, up for discussion is Taika Watiti’s anti-hate satire Jojo Rabbit, set at in Germany at the height of WWII and told through the eyes of a 10-year-old boy with Hitler as an imaginary Friend.

They're creepy and they're kooky! Lewis shares his thoughts on the new cartoon version of everyone’s favourite spooky clan, The Addams Family. Cecilia also reviews By the Grace of God, a French film based on the true story of three survivors of a Catholic priests abuse, who as adults, set out to expose the sexual abuse hidden by the Catholic Church.

It’s been six long years, but it’s finally here! Frozen 2 hits cinemas worldwide, and Lewis and Rachele share their thoughts on the film. Also on the lineup is Knives Out, a modern-day murder mystery modelled on Agatha Christie’s whodunnit; and Mrs Lowry and Son, a portrait on the prolific artist LS Lowry and his dysfunctional relationship with his mother.

Lewis, Cecilia and Rachele discuss the latest including Mirrah Foulkes reimagining of the Punch and Judy Puppet Show with a blackly comic feminist revenge twist where the roles are reversed - hence the title Judy and Punch. Also, on the table is Official Secrets starring Keira Knightley, Scorsese’s latest, The Irishman and a heart-warming take called Fisherman’s Friends.

Rev those engines, because speeding into cinemas is Ford vs Ferrari, the incredible true story of race car driver Ken Miles and car designer Carroll Shelby. Rachele and Cecilia share their thoughts on the film which tells the story of how the pair built the Ford GT40 to go head to head with Ferrari at Le Mans. Cecilia also reviews the new Charlie’s Angels film, written and directed by Elizabeth Banks. And guess what? It’s not that bad.

The follow up to The Shining, Doctor Sleep gives Rachele, Lewis and Cecilia plenty to dissect on this week’s show, and they delve deep on the topic. Also reviewed on this week’s show was The Report, a 2019 American docudrama centred on an investigation led by the Senate Intelligence Committee as they investigate the CIA’s torture techniques following the September 11 attacks and Last Christmas, inspired by the music of George Michael and starring Emilia Clarke and Emma Thompson.

They’re back! It’s been more than two decades since Sarah Connor prevented Judgement Day and saved the world. Connor returns in Terminator: Dark Fate. Lewis, Rachele and Cecilia review the film which serves a direct sequel to Terminator 2. They also review Dosed which looks at a different perspective on healing, addiction and mental health, Brittany Runs a Marathon, starring Jillian Bell as a hard-partying woman who turns her life around by competing in the New York Marathon and Aussie Zombie flick Little Monsters.

Ready or not, it’s time to dig out the double denim to celebrate the release of Blinded by the Light, fuelled by the music of Bruce Springsteen. Rachele and Lewis also review After the Wedding starring Julianne Moore, Michelle Williams and Billy Crudup as well as American black comedy Ready or Not.
