You start to realize that the more you love yourself you are able to receive love from others and are open to love, and you understand that growth is uncomfortable but it is necessary and it is a part of the process of being human. Hello beautiful humans, my name is Karishma Patel and I am your host for the It’s not selfish podcast!  many of you may know me as kp.fitstyle from my social accounts and those of you that are new and tuning in to today.
