Hello beautiful humans, my name is Karishma Patel and I am your host for the It’s not selfish podcast!  many of you may know me as kp.fitstyle from my social accounts and those of you that are new and tuning in to today. Here’s a little bit about me; I am a self love and mental health advocate. Born in India, I grew up in California and lived there for about 25 years then made my way over to Austin, TX where I now live with my husband and furbaby. I will be providing tips on how to manage your anxiety, shift your mindset, practice gratitude and positive affirmations, loving yourself first, and facing your fears.
