Our guest today was tired of sitting in board meetings, taking notes on several notepads, and trying to keep up with all the different systems her company was trying to utilize. She knew there had to be a better, more efficient and productive way to organize all the thoughts, projects, and daily tasks. That's how Bella Scena was created! Amber saw the need in the market and took her tech background to the next level with creating a full productivity system that is tailored to women. We ask Amber about how she stays productive and her best hacks to stay on task.
The conversation also evolves into asking her what is like to be a female in an industry that is majority male. Amber gives us her favorite features of her software and why it is designed the way it is. If you are thinking about an idea or a problem that needs solving, look no further than yourself! Amber created a solution for a problem and so can you!

We also got to ask Alyssa how she keeps herself healthy and motivated to workout. From talking about how to get toddlers to eat more foods to easy and quick workouts you can do anywhere, Alyssa gave us great advice on how to add in small healthy changes to make a big impact.

Boundaries can be tough! We wanted to share some tips and tricks that have helped us along the way on setting healthy boundaries. What is a healthy boundary? It is a limit you set for yourself to protect you from being mistreated, manipulated, or used. We go over several situations that we personally have walked through and how you can protect yourself. It's a common misconception that setting a boundary means you have to put up a wall or cut someone out of your life. We bust that myth in this episode and deliver tangible advice on communicating your needs with others. Do you have a healthy boundary you need to set but aren't sure how? We have you covered, babe!

It can be hard to know what to say to a friend or loved one that is walking through something you haven't experienced yourself. You desperately want to find the words to say that could comfort them without making it "worse." We had the pleasure of chatting with the amazing, Sarah Belleau about grief and how you can support those around you that are walking through a tough season. Sarah started her own podcast after the passing of her father. She wanted to share other's stories, build a community, and connect amazing people with other amazing people. Sarah's take on grief and what you can do to build a support system is a lesson that is needed. We chat about community and the importance of finding people that will be with you at your lowest as well as your highest. We dive into the idea that "perfection is NOT inspirational," why Mom Guilt needs to be a thing of the past, and reminds us that we are all doing a great job. Thank you, Sarah for sharing your story and for being an inspiration to us all, sis!
