What a fun episode this was, y'all. I really enjoyed how it seemed like it was about to be a monster of the week, but instead is directly related to the main Apocalypse plot. Also, there's a fantastic performance in this that deserves lots of flowers.

This is the episode where the boys show up for another hunter who needs help by getting themselves committed to the same mental hospital to hunt a monster. Turns out that this monster is responsible for more than simply the deaths of patients, and both Sam and Dean wind up getting a taste of insanity.
