I talk a lot about personal development and making hard decisions because you know what, it’s the hard that makes you incredible. So if you want to conquer some big ass goal, some big ass challenge great, pull up a seat, grab some tea, and coffee, and let's dive in. I think that being a leader in any role is a very challenging position, sometimes I get it right and other times I don’t. I always try to show up and do better for tomorrow being a mom, a business owner, being a community leader is freaking hard and most days it is also the most rewarding and satisfying job on the planet. I wouldn’t change 1 year of hard for easy any day.

This has been such a huge crazy goal for me to be able to speak and get on stage in front of people and teach everything that has helped me reach life-changing success over the past while. I am so passionate about so many things in life and showing people what they have the potential to achieve is huge. You are here and I am so excited and beyond grateful for the support the fact that people get me still makes me giggle every single day.

So first off, posting on social media – one word to describe it for me AWKWARD and IAM constantly thinking my god who in the world wants to see a picture of me, and who wants to see a picture of my projects, enter MS self-doubt. I don’t think miss doubt is annoying and constantly in the background telling me all the shit that makes no sense .. well actually she speaks with my ego and they both are a pain in the ass it’s a battle.

Hey, for those of you who are tunning back in, thank you, thank you and I cannot wait for this year this new season for some amazing content. And for those of you who are new around here, I am Amanda and just wrapped up the hardest year so far of my life.

Ok first let me start my saying that if you have a goal or goals for this year, you are a boss and if you don’t that’s ok … lets start by challenging yourself to begin with one! I’m obsessed with goals, manifesting, and doing the hard stuff to become a better version of yourself.

13 tips for the 2023 Success Formula 

If you follow me closely then you know that I am obsessed with quotes and living in harmony with your words which I believe manifest into reality. The mountain that was on my path to climb over this past year was the biggest one yet and the obstacles were some of the hardest I have had to overcome. It is so freaking hard to stay on track with life’s dumpster fire burning in the background, it is so frustrating when things are repeatedly thrown at you, and some days feel like you are heading 100 miles per hour in reverse. You matter, your life matters, you are here for a reason, and you need to understand that YOU and only you control the driver’s seat. Please know that you have a purpose, please know that you are loved, and please know that no matter in the darkest place there is always light and hardship is not forever it is only a lesson for growth and you can take that as an opportunity to stretch and transform into a version of you that will be more epic than ever before.

This show was a goal for many years for me it was a dream that almost didn’t even happen. If I look back on the past 12 months and reflect on what I was able to achieve there are some things that I don’t understand how it was even possible. These goals, dreams, and huge plans I have always had inside of me and most of the time they just sat there protected by my own setbacks.

We all need more joy, hope, magic, and deep connection and as I sit here recording this in a snowstorm I am reminded of the simple things that bring so much happiness to me.
