Ahh, it is the week before Christmas and it is absolute madness in my house, from scheduling concerts, and Christmas presents and just trying to hold the mom ship together. You would think that I would be the person you would turn to for advice on organization and Christmas packaging in all its Pinterest glory, and on my retail business side, that is 100% yes! But I am dishing the dirt and getting real honest .. I'm with ya in the Christmas cracker fire - but here goes for tips for holding it together for the holidays 🎄

This episode full disclosure .. It WEW WEW … and I’m warning you now, spirits energy, power, and light shows take it with a grain of salt, and if anything walks away more informed than what you were prior to the low down.

You can live the life that you were created to I promise you that, you just need to get focused, It’s a full moon tonight and that means you get to release and manifest all your goals!

The full moon tonight is known as the Cold Moon and since the eclipse season is over as of the start of this lunar cycle that means Moon magic and manifestation practices are back on the table. Because this is the last full moon of the year, it’s a wonderful time to do a release-focused ritual to help you let go of any baggage, resentments, or unnecessary distractions that have built up in your life during the course of 2022.

Some people have described my new take on stuff as living a “full life”. Sure, ok maybe that’s the case, but I would argue back – shouldn’t everyone be living that way? See the thing is that this gal Amanda (and you can ask my friends back in the day) I was always full of adventure, always ready for a new project, travel, or anything that sets a fire in your soul.

If you didn’t catch the last episode of the Podcast, I was talking a lot about complaining and how that can be very contagious in an environment that DOESN’T breed success.  So I thought that we need to have some affirmations planned for success .. on accountability which is the complaint’s worst annoying cousin!

I hope that you can repeat these affirmations as much as I do to help you build some great foundations to start the new year off right. Stay accountable RB tribe x

See the thing is … complaining is the avoidance of the task and your mind’s way of justification of fear by bringing in the train from excuseville. Yup another train analogy so on fire this week guys

Avoidance is just your mind’s way of processing FEAR; in fear, there is ZERO growth. You must be willing to fail in order to grow. Period FULL STOP

I have mentioned this a bunch of times I love this quote by Theodore Roosevelt that I am about to read, it demonstrates grit, and I could relate any deeper! We see this quote a lot in games, especially for any of you sports parents out there. . I think often about what mindset good old Teddy would have been in to write this, these words broken apart mean nothing but strung together it brings life, fights, and true grit and determination which speaks to me. Brene Brown is one of my favourite authors and has written an entire book based around this quote … I hope that speaks to you and ignite your soul

If I hear one more person say that they are avoiding any holiday dinner and or treats, I’m going to personally come to their house and make them do burpees in front of their families.

WTF guys why is everyone avoiding the food train?

Diets are NOT maintainable and let’s define a diet

A diet is a crazy-ass unrealistic plan that prevents joy … that is not where you want to be on a permanent basis. The bigger question you need to ask yourself is what are you doing the other 365 days a year?
