In today's episode I talk with Leslie Colburn and she shares her story of being 139 days sugar and flour free after being inspired by my podcast. Having struggled with sugar addiction and the restrict-binge cycle for over 35 years, Leslie has finally found what works for her and has been sugar and binge-free for 139 days. The UnSweetened Sio podcast and the monthly recaps have given her the support and tools she has needed to find hope and recovery. She hopes to encourage others who struggle with sugar addiction by sharing her story. Leslie is a mom, a wife, and an author. Her newest children’s book YOU: A Reason to Celebrate teaches children that they are a masterpiece and encourages them to let their light shine. Giving up sugar has allowed Leslie to celebrate who she is and has given her a new hope.
