We've binged on Cobra Kai recently and we learned more about the three primary character's backgrounds. Each was bullied in their lives. Two continued the ways of the bully, one did not.

In this episode, I relate my experiences of being raised by a bully and my own experiences with that energy stuck in my body. I chose a different path of healing and so can anyone.

What happens when we try to keep our emotions from surfacing. Nothing good!

Who Are We Asked To Be In 2021?
During a guided meditation this morning the following statement was made to sit with for a few minutes:
Remember who I am for 2021 from the deep places within.
From that deep place within ask yourself:
What is it asking of me to be?
These are very introspective things to consider. Things that may take time and quiet space to answer.
How are we going to move forward this year and let the past be healed?

We are all connected and feeling traumatized from the riots yesterday. Remember that despite what your family and friends think or believe as their truth, which may not align with your truth, we are still a family of humans.
