A Citizens Disclosure on UFOs. Terry Tibando is active independent UFO and ETI researcher who has 69 years of UFO
sightings and ETI encounters and is one of Canada’s leading experts in understanding this

We are Not Alone! A native of New York City, Ella LeBain was educated in Israel. There, she received a Social Sciences Degree from the Biological Research Center of the Negev in 1979 - a department of Ben Gurion University. At that school, she was educated in Biblical Hebrew and Science. While in Israel, Ella learned to read and write Hebrew fluently and was educated in Hebrew Linguistics (the roots of words.) This information would later help her to delineate – within her “Who’s Who” book series - the cast of characters in the Hebrew Bible, and how those beings are relevant to today’s situation and the End Times Prophesies.
Returning to New York City, Ella then went on to receive an Astronomy Degree from the Hayden Planetarium in 1988, where she began her serious study of Cosmology. Her next stop: Spending two years working as a counselor and social worker assisting missionaries in apartheid South Africa during the early 1980s.

Veteran Navy Photojournalist Christian Vedder captured a photo of UAPs over Liberty, Missouri. Photo analyst Larry Tyree investigated the case and determined that the objects could not be identified. Both men are interviewed on this show.
Liberty resident and veteran Navy photojournalism specialist, Christian Vedder, inadvertently captured an image of a cluster of UAPs in the skies above downtown Liberty on May 16, 2020, while snapping some pics of his classic space-inspired 1964 Ford Galaxie 500 using a smartphone.
The extraordinary image, showcasing the UAPs arranged in a pattern commonly observed in numerous documented sightings, will be featured in an upcoming book titled "Earth's Unknown Inhabitants," scheduled for release this fall. The book delves into the now prevalent subject of UFOs and UAPs, shedding light on various extraordinary encounters. As public interest continues to surge, the forthcoming book will delve into the story behind the Liberty-Galaxie photograph, presenting readers with geographical and computer analyses, along with other compelling evidence compiled by longtime respected MUFON investigators, experts in the field who thoroughly examined the image and the sighting. In May 2022, Congress published a report confirming the existence of UAPs, marking a significant milestone in UFO research.
According to Christian Vedder, the perception of UFOs and UAPs has evolved from being mere entertaining stories of science fiction to becoming increasingly prevalent and widely acknowledged as unexplained phenomena. As governmental entities like the Pentagon, NASA, and other military and government sources, along with whistleblowers, come forward more frequently, providing evidence that supports sightings and testimonies, a growing number of individuals are beginning to believe that we are closer than ever to uncovering the truth. Vedder, a passionate classic car enthusiast, has since embraced the encounter by designing a graphic re-creation that playfully exaggerates the sighting, while adopting the moniker and notoriety among other Ford Galaxie fans as the “Guardian of the Galaxie!” This playful nod to the popular Marvel movie franchise adds a touch of whimsy to his unique experience, delighting both classic car enthusiasts and UFO enthusiasts alike.
Further, the car featured in another alien movie series, “Men in Black 3” was a black 1964 Ford Galaxie, where it appeared as the vehicle driven by the young ‘Tommy Lee Jones' character, portrayed by Josh Brolin, creating an intriguing parallel between science-fiction and this real-life encounter.
MUFON Field Investigator Larry Tyree analyzed the photograph and determined the size of the craft. He came to the conclusion that the objects in question were not anything that could be identified, therefore, they are UAPs.

Capt. Robert Salas (ret.) discusses testifying before AARO.
Robert Salas served on active duty with the U.S. Air Force for seven years after graduation from the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1964. He served at Tyndall AFB, Florida before his assignment at Malmstrom AFB, Montana in 1966. He earned a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
He also worked with the Titan III Missile Systems program office at Los Angeles AFS.
After being honorably discharged from the Air Force in 1971, Mr. Salas briefly worked as an engineer for Martin-Marietta Aerospace and Rockwell International.
From 1974 until his retirement in 1995, Mr. Salas worked for the Federal Aviation Administration as an aircraft structures engineer.
Since 1995, Mr. Salas has spoken publicly about the 1967 UFO/Missile Shutdowns: On the morning of March 16, 1967, while he was stationed at Malstrom AFB, 16 nuclear missiles simultaneously became non-operational at two different launch facilities immediately after guards saw UFOs hovering above.
Together with James Klotz, he is co-author of the book Faded Giant. His second book is Unidentified: The UFO Phenomenon, with a foreword by Stanton T. Friedman, MSc. A third book is due out in November 2023.
In May 2001, Robert Salas was one of the main witnesses testifying at the National Press Club Disclosure Event, organized by Steven Greer.
In September 2010, another press conference was organized at the National Press Club in Washington DC. This time it was organized by Robert Hastings and Robert Salas, and the focus was on the activities of UFOs near nuclear facilities.
