Up the Guts

The Hollywood Hawks are back to showboat and excite the competition in 2026. A big body Midfielder from the Rookie Draft is already tearing up Pre Season & A Young Key Defender is ready to stand up and impact if called upon!

With the absence of Will Day for at least 3-4 months, we discuss the Midfield options that the Hawks have. There's a player who has all the attributes to be a star and we have labelled as "The Wildcard", whose magnet can be thrown anywhere and make it a impact. Why Jai Newcombe being added as a Co-Captain could take some stress off James Sicily who needs to improve on his 2026 Season.

The GWS Giants are one of the most frustrating teams in the competition! On their best day they can look like the best team in the whole comp and then they can dish out performances that make them look like a bottom 10 side.

What Giants will show up in 2026?

Watch along while we discuss how they will look to shape the Midfield with the inclusion of Clayton Oliver, a Forward who must stay fit because of his importance to the side and a former First Round Draft Pick who is going into a Career Defining season!

After arguably, their best win in the Club's History winning their First Final away in Perth, the most exciting team in the Comp, just got even better with the huge inclusion of Christian Petracca!. They also just decided to add another quality forward in Jamarra Ugle-Hagan who could provide them anything.

Things are only going to go up for the Suns in 2026 but just how good can they be and how far will they go? Will a 2024 First Round Draft Pick explode in 2026? Tune in to find out.

The team that I backed in to go all the way season, the Geelong Football Club, unfortunately came up short at the last hurdle.

How will they respond?

While they have superstars in their Midfield and across the ground, their Midfield is still searching for the next Midfielder to stand up, as it's a spot that could still use some boosting.

Listen along as we preview the Cats Season and talk about that young Midfielder who needs to show a bit more & a defender who could cover Tom Stewart for him to float around from defence to the Midfield.

With one of the most exciting list in the Comp, the question looms, can the Dockers put it all together?

Yes guys we are continuing our Pre Season Previews and today we are up to the Dockers!

The Dockers are set all across the board, solid Key Defenders led by the Skipper Alex Pearce. Running Defenders, led by Luke Ryan & Last Year All-Australian Jordan Clark. A tough and exciting midfield consisting of young stars, Caleb Serong, Andrew Brayshaw & Luke Jackson to name a few. Not to mention quick and agile forwards like Shai Bolton, Michael Frederick & Murphy Reid & Key Forwards with real presence in Josh Treacy & Patrick Voss.

Can this be the year they put it all together and Flagmantle can ring truly?

A off season where their Captain tried to walk out of the Club. He then had to walk back into the Club, with this tail between his legs, knowing he couldn't be the Captain of the Club.

The Club then announced the new Captain of the Club to be their Former Number 1 Draft Pick, Andrew McGrath. Watch along as we discuss where McGrath will flourish under this new role and why Merrett needs to repay the fans.

We also highlight a Defender who may well be their MVP just can't seem to get his body right. Can he get his body right and help shape this backline in 2026?

The time has come, where we have to preview the season for my Collingwood Football Club.

It hurts to say, but are they on the beginning of a downward spiral? With not really bringing anyone in this season and their lack of talent being brought in from the Draft in Previous years, opting to target experienced players may come back to bite them.

We have a deep dive into their list and just how it will look going into the season. With no Bobby Hill and no confirmed return date, is this small forward ready to step up in his place?

A well renowned player from last year's Trade Period had a poor 2026, looked a shallow of himself and made mistakes he doesn't normally make. Will this be the same player we see in 2026? Or will the Magpies back him in to control the back half.

The pressure is well and truly on Michael Voss and the Blues! The Carlton Football Club had a disappointing 2025 season finishing 11th on the ladder. To add to that, come season's end, they had lost their Key Forward, their Ruckman and their ultimate role player to opposition clubs during the Trade Period. We touch on how this will effect the Blues in 2026, but also what the ins to the club can provide to the team as they have brought in a few as well. A exciting First Round Draft Pick will finally get a taste of AFL Footy at the Top Level, while A Big man must now take charge of the Forward Line! How will 2026 look for the Carlton Football Club? That is exactly what we dive into!

The Reigning Back to Back Premiers, are the Brisbane Lions able to complete the dynasty. Welcome everyone back to the channel, where we are previewing the 2026 season for all 18 clubs. Join us over the next few weeks as we preview the season for all 18 clubs starting with the Adelaide Crows. We also highlight a young Midfielder to look out for in the season who could make a big impact & signal out another Midfielder who needs to get their hands on the ball more to stay as a starting midfielder.
