Throughout the year our computers and phones require updates to their operating system. These updates replace what has been effective with even better programming. Our beliefs are our operating system. Therefore, it is normal and healthy to outgrow programs and beliefs that once served us. So, if you feel like you are in a rut, it is time for an update.
