Adam and Eve had the privileged of walking and communing with God on a daily basis in the Garden of Eden. And they thew it all away for a piece of fruit.

While we may not be able to physically walk with God, we can still commune with Him on a daily basis. In fact, the idea of walking with God from Genesis doesn't necessarily mean physical walking. It means two way communication and fellowship.

So are you walking with God today? Do you read your Bible and spend time in prayer day in and day out? If not, you can change that today. Start by taking the first steps with Him!

What does it mean to follow Jesus. Ask ten different people and you are likely to get ten different answers. Some would say it is reading your Bible and praying Others would say it's believing on Him as their Savior and telling others about Him.

But Jesus, in His own words, says that to follow Him you must deny yourself (your flesh) and take up his cross (make sacrifices), THEN you are qualified to call yourself a true follower of Christ.

The Christian life is a roller coaster ride of ups and downs, peaks and valleys. There are times of heartache and disappointment. But what are we supposed to do when God doesn't make sense? How are we supposed to carry on when it seems like God either isn't hearing our prayers or delaying in answering them?

Mary and Martha faced this problem. Jesus had failed to show up, and their brother had died, and they had questions for Jesus. It's one thing to question God, but it's another thing entirely to have questions for Him. And these ladies had a lot of questions for the Lord.

But what can we do during those times of disappointment and delay?

Today marks the 43rd anniversary of a historical court decision that paved the way for millions upon millions of legal murders. Roe v Wade made abortion commonplace, an act of convenience, for thousands of women each day. This Sunday is known as Sanctity of Life Sunday, when we come together to shed light on abortion and the innocent lives it cuts short.

Tonight Pastor Justin tells us The Sad Story of Shedding Innocent Blood. The Israelite people had drifted far away from God. They were worshiping false idols and fake gods. They were jealous of Moses and Aaron. They had forgotten the things that God had done for them. They hated the land and stopped believing in God's Word. And they were killing their innocent children.

But the truly sad part of this story is the state of abortions in America...
