I believe in spending at least 2 minutes a day in silence...close your eyes and visualize what you expect from yourself. Napoleon Hill, the author of Think and Grow Rich, wrote, “If you can conceive it and believe it, you can achieve it.” This statement has proven to be true in my own life and has remained with me. I believe in visualizing goals. Decide where you want to be in life and picture yourself at that level.
