Today, I spoke with Morrow, Ga., councilwoman Van Tran, a Vietnamese American who sees a need in her diverse city for ballot instructions in multiple languages. She should know, just from experience, right? Well, fellow councilwoman Dorothy Dean believes Tran's push for such instructions makes her "un-American" and not fit for office. She said as much in a now-infamous council rant last week. We get Van Tran's reaction.
