U.S. District Judge William S. Stickman has ruled Pennsylvania Governor Wolf's COVID restrictions for the state, unconstitutional. This means, the state will not be able to enforce those restrictions. Gov. Wolf announced his administration will appeal the ruling. VB discusses the latest on this, here.
