A Colorado police officer resigned after an incident involving a black man picking up trash on his own property. The officer asked the man whether he lived there and to put down his trash picker and the resident was combative with him and refused to put down the picker because he lived there and was just picking up his trash. The officer called for back up and at one point drew his gun. Later the officer resigned. We break down the story with iHeart's Reggie and discuss how each character handled it.
