High schooler, Nicholas Sandmanm sat down with The Today Show's Savannah Guthrie to talk about the Covington High School incident in Washington, D.C. that has the media in a frenzy. He was very calm, cool, and collected. We discuss the backlash, media's coverage of it, and the high schooler's side of the story.

Newly appointed DA of Suffolk County here in the Boston area, Rachel Rollins is furious that ICE was doing their job and made an arrest at Boston's Suffolk Court. She is claiming it undermines the criminal justice system by making an arrest in the court house. Did we mention Rollins has a film crew following her around for a new TV show? We discuss.

Over the weekend, the President made a proposal for what his plan is with DACA. He wants to help them and give them a 3 year extension so everyone in the government can agree on the best possible solution for immigration and make it happen. We discuss.

A viral video and picture has surfaced showing the Kentucky Covington Catholic High School young boys being portrayed in a negative light. The pushed narrative was that these young men were acting ignorant towards a Native American gentlemen also at the Lincoln Memorial. The story is later debunked and the real story is told. This is a lesson that we all fall victim to believing only one side of the story before we hear the rest. We discuss the media's fault in all of this.

Both championship games went into overtime this past weekend where it came down to a coin toss to see who would get the ball first. Now the rule is whoever scores first whether a touchdown or safety wins the game. That brings up the great advantage of having the ball first. A listener brings up the point that the coin toss is unfair and both teams should get the ball and use the full amount of time given to come back. What do you think?
