Corin talks about getting to know your body more and emphasizing how health and wealth go hand in hand by explaining how a continuous emanating low energy could attract less and less income and productivity.

Fall is by far one of the busiest times of the year.
Kids are going back to school and you finally feel like you can get back into a routine.
What does this mean?
You need to set aside time RIGHT NOW to plan out your goal that you want to achieve in the next few months.
Because before you know it….it’s New Year’s Eve and you’re freaking out about RESOLUTIONS and nothing changed from then to now!
The time to plan for your goals is NOW and it’s time to take ACTION!
PLAN and ACT.
A goal is a dream written down, right?
Well it’s a useless piece of paper if you don’t do anything with it!
Write all that shit down and it will just show up….
Nope.
Unless you actually follow through with your plan, even the best ideas in the world won’t become reality.
That’s why your CALENDAR and YOUR SCHEDULE are the most important accessories for the next few months.
I am going to give you a SUPER SIMPLE 5-step system so you WILL map out a game plan....
So you can actually GET IT DONE!

Grab some paper
LET’S GOOOOOOOOOO!!
STEP 1. Block Off Your PERSONAL TIME from now until December 31st, 2019.
With the craziness of the fall (pumpkin spice, pumpkin beer, apple picking, wine…wait, there is always wine) and the holidays, our own personal lives will take a backseat unless we are DELIBERATE in how we spend our time.
That’s why I’m telling you to block your time FIRST!
What days will you be blocking off for family time?
When are you going to get your hair cut?
When are you going holiday shopping?
When will your workouts be?
Write down and BLOCK OFF all these things. I'm talking about everything from now through December 31st! (and if you’re an overachiever like me you can even go through the first week of 2020) :p
When you do this first, and then schedule in everything else AROUND your personal and family time, your goals will fit in around your schedule and it will actually happen!
STEP 2. Determine what you want to achieve!
Now that you have the time to go after your goal, now it’s time to determine what it is you want to achieve.
If you have no idea what your goal is, these are generally the most important things in people’s lives:
Pick one.
Write out in detail what it is that you want to achieve in one of these aspects of your life.
Don’t know what to shoot for?
Try these:
If you could do anything in the whole world, what would it be?
If money was never an issue, what would you want to do every day?
What does your obituary say about you? (bonus: write it out!)
See what comes up for you after you ask yourself those questions.
STEP 3. Visualize how you’ll get there.
How do you think you will get there?
Start from the end and work backwards.
Goal: I want to look like Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman) naked. (I don’t know, it’s the first thing that came to my mind.)
You get the point right?
Work from the goal backwards.
Then break each step down.
NOTE: THE JOY IS IN THE JOURNEY!! It doesn’t need to be PERFECT! Just do SOMETHING!
STEP 4. Now write all that down!
You did your research. You have the idea of the plan. You know a path from A to B.
Let’s write it down now.
The time you will:
Whatever you wanted from above, we write out the steps that need to be done and WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO DO THEM!
Write it out physically.
Not just to waste paper! It’s because your mind will be triggered that this is something important. There is a psychological tie of writing with your brain: “This is important and it’s what we are going to do” is what your mind is reading.
STEP 5: MAKE IT STICK!
You need to look at that list every day.
You must remind yourself every day: THIS IS WHAT I WANT SO THIS IS WHAT I MUST DO TO GET THERE
This is where most people fail.
They lose motivation.
They quit.
“But what can I do to stay motivated, Liz?”
Here are a few ways:
1. Vision Board: a vision board puts front and center what your goal is. This is why people create them. You will stay motivated if you see your goals front and center every day!
2. Be around the right people. I CANNOT SCREAM THIS ENOUGH. You need to be with the right people. The dream stealers, energy suckers will NOT be helpful here. You need to be with people that also dream big so they will keep your energy up!
3. Set up your surroundings. Clean house. Make sure that your environment is set up for what you are trying to achieve. Example: you wanted to look like Gal Gadot right? You bet your ass she doesn’t have a ton of crap in her pantry. Clean it out! Don’t have that shit around to tempt you.
4. Make a virtual background on your phone and laptop of your goals. Just like a physical vision board make a virtual one. You can do this for free on Canva.com!
FINALE! GET IT DONE!
YES! Celebrate. You are doing this!
This is the MOST IMPORTANT part! Do one thing every day that brings you closer to your goals! No matter if it’s 10 minutes or 2 hours do ONE thing that brings you closer to your goal.
You will be absolutely amazed at how much less stress you’ll feel when you take action towards your future!
Make a commitment to yourself that this year…
THIS YEAR:
You will not be overwhelmed with not achieving your goal
You’re going to block out time for everything that is important to you and to achieve your goals.
You’ll have everything under control and you’ll be able to celebrate, be present, and enjoy the season with your family and friends!

It started with inspirations from thought leaders like Adyashanti and Eckhart Tolle that Tracy felt the need to make something out of her own understanding of the world given that spirituality has been a huge part of who she is. Her art has also been in the permanent collection of Leslie Lowman Museum for Gay and Lesbian Art.
Tracy also shared about getting in particular with what you want out of what you do and that in every loss, there is also a transformation. In discovering so, we get acquainted with what’s blocking us in fulfilling a beautiful change. Tapping into the subconscious using collage art has always been an interesting and exciting part of what Tracy does and her students have greatly benefitted from it, too.

In today’s podcast, I delved more into confidence and overcoming social anxiety. A lot of people feel shy and uncomfortable being in a crowd of unfamiliar faces. It’s not like everybody make friends instantly. Some do though, and it’s a gift to be able to feel like yourself in front of everybody. That’s the power of confidence and with it, we can transform anxiety to agreeable situations.
Overcoming social anxiety takes practice. You have to expose yourself over and over again to circumstances that will allow you to build self-assurance and courage to be yourself in a sea of people. It’s not easy at first but it does get better. First, you have to accept an invite. You have to go out there. And when you’re out there, observe. Try to look at how people engage in conversations. You’ll learn a lot by observing. When a chance arrives, you have to grab it. Make small talks, respond to questions at your own pace.
People can surprise you if you just let them. Overcoming social anxiety will actually get you to see people in a better light and you could get to enjoy their company if you let it.
