Today is International Day for the Eradication of Poverty. In 2015 world leaders met to adopt the Global Goals – 17 goals for global development that will transform our world over the next 15 years. Ending poverty – in all its forms, everywhere – is goal number one.

This week is National Carers week so in light of that, so great to have a chat with Trish this morning from the Wheatbelt Helath Network who is the Care Co-ordinator and she let us in on a wonderful program being run for those with a chronic condition in our region.

Lovely to chat with James this morning to hear about how many young ones got out and about over the weekend with the transition into summer sport and little athletics. Also good to hear how the Night Hoops program is going and he poses a challenge to families in the Central Wheatbelt and Avon Valley :)
