This Sunday we have a wonderful production coming to the Cummins theatre. Emma Davis our theatre manager fills us in on what sounds to be a moving piece of theatre. This stirring one woman show has been deemed a must see and gives a very human face to the tragedy of war.

This morning in news headlines we heard of a hacker codenamed 'Alf' from Home and Away stealing secret Australian military data...whilst the situation doesn't seem dire or too threatning at this point in time...any excuse to play audio of Alf really had to be done on this Thursday morning...

Larry, an executive in a sporting goods company who's married to his childhood sweetheart, Ellen thinks he has a pretty mediocre life and marks it all down to the fact that at his last at bat in his high school baseball championships he struck out.

On his 35rd birthday he randomly walks into a bar and laments his strike out to Mike, a mysterious yet thoughtful bartender. Mike mixes Larry a special drink that transports him back to that game where he hits the winning run and changes his life completely.

Great cast.

Most people have a defining moment in their life that if things had been done differently or it had gone another way believe their lives would be different. This film taps in on that notion and will rekindle a lot of folks memories and thoughts who watch it.
