Caffeinators, we've talked ad nauseam on this podcast about burnout, turnover, and the like. Recently, Heather Carter, LVT, VTS(A&A) reached out to us wanting to discuss these issues from another angle, and WOW are we glad she did! Heather also has a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and we spend this hour discussing how looking at these issues through that lens can lead to tangible change! This is a fascinating discussion on many fronts, specifically the idea of a "stay" interview and how that differs from an annual review, and analyzing what makes teams succeed and how that can be applied in recruiting new employees!
