In response to a suit brought against the Trump administration by a group of union members and military vets, a federal judge just issued a temporary restraining order (TRO), limiting the ability of Elon Musk and DOGE to access sensitive personal information about US citizens. Kris Goldsmith, who leads Task Force Butler, was part of that lawsuit. He discusses the implications of the TRO with Ken, and outlines what is coming next.
