Who is ready to take coffee, tea, pop and chocolate out of their diet for the next 30+ days?
I know I am. I did this challenge last year successfully, but somehow managed to relapse overtime, as I still drink 2-3 cups per day.
This time, I'm doing 60 days, and I challenge anyone to try it with me. Hopefully this episode gives you the motivation to try. Enjoy and cheers.
