In today's episode, we are digging into the big question: Is it possible to be able to feel great as we age? Or do we just need to recognize and accept that as we get older, we're losing that pep in our steps. As we hit 30, 40, 50, 60, can we still have the same vibrance and energy, or is that just not possible?
This is one of the questions that I have wrestled with over the last couple years, especially after hitting 40 and just really trying to understand what is the right way to optimize my health. So I went to the founders of Infinite Health Integrative Medical Center Center in New Orleans, LaNae and Dr. Trip Goolsby to pick their brains about the best things we can expect from our bodies as we age and how we can optimize our health and life.
I really want to understand as a woman who is aging, how can I do it more gracefully? How can I maintain the energy that I used to have and what can I do for my body to help it to just run at its best as I age so that it's graceful and so that I can stay really healthy and energetic. I want to keep up with my kids and someday my grandkids and maybe even my great-grandkids. So let's jump in!
