Last year, did you look up and say, “Wow! Where the heck did 2022 go? And, holy cow! I haven’t accomplished what I wanted!”
If that sounds familiar, it might be because you let others set your priorities, or, like so many other people (myself included in past years), you drifted to a destination you did not choose.
Seriously! No judgment. We’ve all been there.
But, if you are determined to make 2023 different, listen to learn:
Last episode, we talked about thriving in 2023. A big part of thriving in success, so how do you thrive if you’ve experienced a catastrophic failure?
In this episode, you will discover the steps to take to recover fully from a failure so you can move forward with confidence and conviction

Life gets busy, crazy, and, yes, even overwhelming. Last episode, we talked about getting clarity in the messy middle. One of the biggest reasons my clients struggle with clarity is overwhelm—too much to do, too many decisions to make, too much transition all at once, too many heartbreaking circumstances in the world…
If you feel overwhelmed, this episode is for you!

It’s hard to believe that it’s the middle of May already. New Year’s seems so far behind us, and a fresh start feels so far away. We are smack dab in what Michael Hyatt calls “The messy middle.” It’s the time of year where you’re so far in that you can’t quit, but you don’t know if you can finish what you started.
Maybe you set some goals at the beginning of 2022 and you just woke up and realized “Oh my gosh! It’s the middle of May and I haven’t done anything on this goal!” Or maybe you’re killing it on one or two goals, but the others have fallen by the wayside.
To be really transparent, I did this with a couple of my goals, and it was horrifying to this overachiever
The reason? I didn’t have a clear action plan beyond the first few steps, so I just kept procrastinating, because I told myself, “I don’t have time to focus on that right now.”
But, because I am a coach, I know that there are a few steps I can take to get myself, and my clients, back on track.

Last week, I talked about the real reason you procrastinate. It’s not because you are lazy, avoiding work, or are just bad at time management. If you haven’t gotten a chance to listen to that podcast, you can listen to it here:http://vibrantvision.coach/0021-2/
Spoiler alert! The real reason you procrastinate is that your brain is trying to help you avoid unpleasant emotions—uncertainty, anxiety, overwhelm, sadness, lack of confidence, etc.
Listen to this episode to discover the three steps you can take to get yourself out of this emotional tailspin and move toward your dreams once again!

We all know that procrastination costs us—time, energy, opportunities, our health, our dreams… And yet, we still do it! We continue to say, “Why do today what I can put off until tomorrow?
And then tomorrow comes, and we don’t have the energy, the right mindset, or the time, but the time has come to put up or shut up. So, we push through and are not happy.
We know this! And yet, we continue to procrastinate.
