The National Prosecuting Authority has hailed the three-year sentence handed to former real estate agent, Vicki Momberg, as a victory for the Constitution. One year of the sentence has been suspended. Momberg was found guilty on four counts of crimen injuria after racially attacking a police officer in 2016. In the video that went viral, she can be heard using the K-word a number of times at the police who tried to come to her assistance after a smash-and-grab incident.
