Her newest EP, Victoria, released on August 28th, represents a giant step forward for Canal as a writer and producer, and the resulting tracks convey a maturity far beyond her 22 years. Hear Victoria tell Eric why a seaside cliff near Barcelona was the only place to record such a profoundly personal album, and why it feels right to release it during such a difficult year.
