Mt. 7:21. Not everyone who says to me, "Lord, Lord" will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is heaven.

We are never to be rebellious or slow to submit to God, but we must be sure that we have done all we can before we fold our hands and say, "Thy Will be done." There come many experiences, however, in which we can do nothing, and can only submit. We must not only ourselves strive faithfully in all things to do the will of God , but must suffer it to be done in us, even when it lays us low in the dust, even when it strips us bare and shatters all our happiness.

This will is to be accepted, too, not rebelliously, with murmuring and complaint, but songfully, joyfully and lovingly.

"God can do wonders with a broken heart, if we can give Him all the pieces without holding back.," - Ben.

"The will of God will never take you where the grace of God will not protect you."

So, the best way to be protected from all trouble and heartache is to allow the will of God. How it can be fulfilled?

Topic: One Who Embraces Or Clings To The Lord Amidst Even In Adverse Circumstances Is Blessed! And The One Who Endures Till The End Is A Praiseworthy Christian.

Ending triumphantly is more uimportant. Be it in a family Life, job, studies.. Many start off well, But in the end they falter.

He that endures till the end shall be saved. Mt. 24:14.

One Who Embraces Or Clings To The Lord Amidst Adverse Circumstances Is Blessed! And the One who endures till the end is a praiseworthy Christian.

We have seen yesterday how prophet Habakkuk questioned God. He starts off complaining like all of us, "How long shall I cry, and you will not hear?... And we may also observe that on these later two occassions the Lord God answered him instantly.

A thought to meditate why God answered Habakkuk instantly this time??

In my view, the Lord observed primarily that the complain, rather the nature of complaint or questioning was, that he was not seeking anything for himself, not for his family, but he was praying the most unselfish prayer pertaining to the nation of Judah. His prayers of complain were serious of nature, but most unselfish, passionate and zealous thereby touched the very heart of God to respond instantly. Can you and I do such unselfish and passionate prayers?

More and more precious time he spent with the Lord God Almighty in the conversation, more he could understand the matchless wisdom of God, His goodness, His infinite power and His plans he understood, that they are divine and perfect without any flaws.

Though he began by questioning God, he concludes his book and his life with a psalm of beautiful Praise acknowledging the Lord's divine power, His wisdom and His redemptive plan.

Let us read together and praise God. Habakkuk. 03: 17 to 19. "Though the fig tree may not blossom, nor fruits be on the vines; though the labour of the olives may fail, And the fields yield no food; though the flick be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls, Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation." Amen!

The very name habaq means "One Who Embraces" or "Clings." So, at the end of the book, this name becomes appropriate because Habakkuk chooses to cling firmly to God regardless of what happens. He understood the divine power of God and declares saying, "the just shall live by his or her faith."

The nominal Christian life that costs nothing is not worthy of the name. There must be self restraint, discipline and severe schooling. There must be struggle, the agonising effort.

If we are to reach the goal, and win the prize, we must put every energy of our life into the race. There must be sacrifice of self-will and personal ease and not being addicted to laziness and pleasure, and indiscipline. Irony is, very few brace discipline and they create history by their success.

Every noble prize is a struggle from begining to end. Only those who resist and fight and overcome are successful in life.

This is true in every sphere - in studies, in professional life, in business and in spiritual life too!

Are we resisting sin, overcoming temptation, living victoriously in trials? If not, we are not living worthily. And it's never too late to rise.

Regrets follow immediately when we avoid struggles and embrace laziness and pleasure. But, oftentimes it becomes too late. Hands are already burned.

Palm Sunday is a day of praising and singing 'Hosanna' welcoming Jesus as king of kings to Jerusalem.

Palm Sunday is an event that falls one sunday before Easter sunday. It commemorates triumphant entry into Jerusalem as King Of Kings.

2. Why it has to be called as Palm sunday? When Christ entered Jerusalem, Palm branches alongwith with clothes and garments were placed in His path welcoming Him.

John 12: 13. They took branches of Palm trees and went forth to meet Him and cried loudly, "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.".

3. Why Palm branches were selected for welcoming Jesus?

Palm branch is a symbol of Victory, Triumph, Peace & Eternal life. Palm branch is a symbol of peace & treaty.

Why did Jesus prefered to ride on a donkey?

When a king rides on a horse and goes to another place or another country, it symbolises war and violence. But when Jesus entered the city on a donkey, it symbolises "Arrival in peace."

Ps 92 : 12 to 14. The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree... They shall bring forth fruit in old age. They shall be fat and flourishing...

Topic: Leadership! "Leadership Is Not About Titles, Positions Or Flowcharts. It Is About One Life Influencing Another."

God wants all of His children to be “spiritual leaders.” You may not think of yourself as a leader, but in Mark 16:15, God has commissioned all of us who are called as His children to “go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”

There are different ways of “preaching” and “witnessing,” but the strongest and most effective way of sharing our faith as a leader is to “lead by example!”

Our daily actions will go further to influence others than anything else!

When we react to hostile situations with humility instead of angry words, people notice! But, we fail sometimes and some, fail oftentimes. 😨

It's upto an individual to judge where we stand.

When we act in kindness instead of indifference, people notice! And when we are honest, people notice! When we are manipulative and cunning, people notice and observe us from distance. The world watches our lives more than our works.

"A leader is one who knows the way, shows the way and goes the same way." John C Maxwell said.

Some only know the way. There are Some who know the way and show the way. There are few who know, show and go the way. Such people or such leaders bring great blessings. These are very successful because such leaders influence others through their lives.

The Bible says in 1 Timothy 4:12, “Be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.”

Parents are leaders in the family. Teachers are leaders in the school. A good parent or a good teacher is, they not only teach, instruct, but they live and follow what they teach.

Unless we have Christ living within us, we can’t lead anyone . . . anywhere! Our example can either lead people “to” Christ or “away” from Him, so it’s critically important that our every action is guided by the Holy Spirit! Yes, God has chosen us for leadership;

Activities are not important but our positive influence to build them is more important.

Finding happiness?? Most people in the world have A common goal in life; To find happiness! Where can we find?

John 14:6. Jesus said, "I am the Way, the Truth and the Life."

He is the source for true happiness and peace.

Most people have a common goal in life; to find happiness. Everyone wants to be happy in their relationships, in their jobs, and just in general. The world over have experimented in various ways to find happiness. Wealth, new house, new car 🚗 gives happiness. But, it's shallow and momentary. For a certain period. Our true happiness, peace and security depends believing Christ and having Him within our lives.

All those of us who have Him as Saviour have that happiness within. So, we have the great opportunity in making others happy too.....

The world needs nothing more than it needs happiness - makers. There is a great deal of sadness every where. The Bible is the only book meant to make people all over the world happy. Those who truly tasted the divine Word of God can share the happiness to others. Joy bells ring all through it. Wisdom to live happily flows through it. The mission of gospel is to make happiness. The angel's announcement of good tidings of great joy shared 2000 years back is going forth still on every breeze.

The story of the love of Christ is changing darkness to light, despair to hope, tears to laughter, sorrow to rejoicing, emptiness and dejection to hope and peace. It's the mission of Christ believing Christian to be a happiness maker. Each one of us who are filled with happiness and peace has the power to add something to the world's gladness.

We can do it in a thousand ways - by being joyful Christians ourselves, making our lives a sweet song, by doing kindness to all we meet; by comforting sorrow; lifting burdens away, cheering sad hearts wearied souls, and scattered benedictions wherever we go.....

Are Divine And Peace Giving. Demons Listened Trembling When He Spoke, And Instantly Recognised His Power And Obeyed.

His words have life, healing, deliverance and restoration. His words are still giving comfort to the sorrowing ones; Hope to the despairing ones.

Matt. 9 : 6,7 & 8. Jesus said to the paralytic man lying on a bed, "Arise, take up your bed, and go to your house. And he arose and departed to his house. Now when the multitude saw it, they marvelled and glorified God.

Words of Christ have words of life. We know how His words comforted sorrow and gave peace to troubled ones.

How His words reached men's hearts and transformed the whole purpose of their lives. We can recall the transformed life of the tax collector, Zachaeus and also how the paralytic man has been healed instantly by His few words. No shouting needed. No jargons needed.

His Words are divine and peace giving. Demons listened trembling when He spoke, and instantly recognised His power and obeyed. They are yet calming tempests and opening blind eyes, and expelling evil spirits, and raising the dead.

These words of Christ which have manifested His majestic miraculous power 2000 years back has the same power even today.....

Then, why when we have the "words of life of Jesus," we are unable to reignite the revival?? Why there is no revival?? It's very simple. We do not obey the life giving words of Christ 100%.

Our obedience is in "bits and pieces" like king Saul..

Everyone needs kind words and encouragement. But always desiring appreciation, praise from people, but same time, unable to take criticism and correction is not true sign . Disciples were criticised, offended and humiliated but yet, they bore the cross and won 1000s to God's kingdom. The day we start "walking the talk," the day our lives become more powerful than our mere preaching brings greatest revival. Let us carry the Cross and not just wearing the cross, and crucify our self centred ego to reignite the great revival.

Topic: We Must Not Be Discouraged By Past Failure And Setbacks. Because Our Future Is Secured In God's Divine Hand.

Our future is much better than yesterday, because he transforms us from glory to glory.

2 Corint 3 18:

But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.

As believers in Jesus Christ, we can count on our tomorrows being better than our yesterdays. The Spirit of God works in us, with ever-increasing splendor, so that we become more and more like Him.

Too many children of God believe that their best is behind them. They look back at the mountain top experiences, the miracles that God did, or the way He moved back then, and they are not convinced that He still does the impossible.

God has more for us for tomorrow than He has today. The triumphs of yesterday are wonderful reminders of what the Lord did in a past season, but they should not be where we hang our hopes and expectations. We should carry those memories into the future, believing that He can do it all again.

God healed the blind eyes, the deaf ears, and the lame legs in the past, and He still heals today. God provided for the destitute widow, and He still meets our needs today. God saved the jailer and his whole family, and we as His children are not beyond His reach.

His performance in the past builds our expectations for the future. He takes us from glory to glory! And from one evel of holiness to another; from one victory to another.

How good, how melodious, how inspiring the worship

songs and music can be, irrespective of who we are, worship becomes meaningful, purposeful with joy unspeakable - only when we seek forgiveness with a sincere heart to the Lord for all our transgressions - be it hidden or unspoken which we hold on to.
