Topic: Self Control. It's One Of The Key Aspect To Overcome Spiritual Battles. And It's One Of The Key Ingredient For Success.

It is much easier said than to implement, but not impossible. 🙂

One of the greatest spiritual battles we will face is self-control, and yet it is one that every Christian must win. The Bible lists self-control as one of the fruit of the spirit in Galatians 5:22-23: “By contrast, the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control..."

It’s easy to get along with people who are nice to us, but the minute they step on a nerve, we have a decision to make. We can choose to stay calm and respond in a Christlike way or we can get angry and verbally defend our point of view. Often we opt for 2nd. If we choose to react by throwing fiery verbal darts, at the moment those words leave our mouth, we officially surrender our power to the very one who attacked us, thus allowing them to control our emotions.

The Bible says in Proverbs 25:28, “Like a city whose walls are broken through is a person who lacks self control.” It takes strength from God to achieve “self-control,” and we gain the victory by claiming it.

You must choose to take hold of what you can control and let go of what you cannot. You cannot control your circumstances, but you can control your character. You cannot control the actions of others, but you can control the choices you make.

Let us not allow our emotions to be controlled by others. Strive to reach the point where your mood doesn’t shift based on the insignificant actions of someone else. First Peter 4:7 tells us, “The end of all things is near. Therefore be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray.” When the devil tries to push your buttons, remain calm and of sober mind, and let God fight your battles!

Topic:Leadership! 'Leadership Respect" Has To Be Earned By Sincere Hard Work, Trustworthiness, And By Being A Role Model. Cannot Earn It By Any Other Means.

God wants all of His children to be “spiritual leaders.” You may not think of yourself as a leader, but in Mark 16:15, God has commissioned you to “go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” There are different kinds of “preaching” and “witnessing,” but the strongest and most effective way of sharing your faith is to “lead by example!”

By eloquent preaching one doesn't become a leader. By conducting prayers one doesn't become a leader, but, by being a role model for them to follow. And by no means by commanding and enforcing, respect is earned. It has to be earned by being and living like Paul who lived worthy of his calling.

If Im a leader, I must be a role model and earn the respect. You and you I should be able to say like paul who encouraged the church of Philippines to practise what they saw in him. Paul says with so much confidence in Philip 4 : 9."Whatever you have learned or received of from me or seen in me - put it into practice.

Your daily actions will go further to influence others than anything else! When you react to hostile situations with humility instead of angry words, people notice! When you act in kindness instead of indifference, people notice!

And when you are honest, people notice! The Bible says in 1 Timothy 4:12, “Be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” And the secret to being a good leader is found in Matthew 20:26: “Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant.” Unless we have Christ living within us, we can’t lead anyone . . . anywhere!

Your example can either lead people “to” Christ or “away” from Him. So it’s critically important that your every action is guided by the Holy Spirit! Yes, God has chosen you for leadership; the question is, “What kind of leaders are we?” Can read

Topic:What Is That Holding Us Back From Getting Complete God's Blessings?

We may have everything. You may say, I'm alright.. I am spiritually alright. I do good works.Yes, lakhs of Christians have everything but yet life seems to be empty and void.

Though they have wealth, status, power and everything but still there is no rest. Mind is fully busy and makes a mental turmoil.

We do 100s of righteous things right. But may be one sin, one attraction which keeps you away from blessings of God that holds you back. It might be there since years or decades. God wants you to come out of that. Some are obsessed with secret lust of the eyes, lust of carnal fleshly secret sins from which they cannot come out. Some have the habbit of telling lies. Some hold back to certain secret sins even their own family doesn't know. Eyes, mind, thought life is filled with evil thoughts and evil desires which never allow them to enjoy fullness of rest, peace and satisfaction in life.

You may be doing 100s of good things which are noticed by people around, in the church or in the society but may be one sin is the root cause for being still in the grip of darkness and under the headship of satan.

Such do not bear any spiritual fruit, because they do not have the power. Slave to that particular secret sin has to be rooted out completely not only from the mind but from the deceptive heart. Lakhs and lakhs of Christians have lost the joy of living righteous life because of such secret addicted favorite sins. They become blind to works of light, works of love, works of holiness.

You are disturbed. Your mind is unrest and working all nights. You don't digest success of others. You hate when others come up.

Well, in Mark 1 : 15. Jesus said, Repent and believe...

Acts 2 38. Peter said, Repent and be baptized.

Well, true repentance brings full restoration. Partial repentance brings no restoration.

True repentance is the key to unlock true joy, true test, true peace, true success and true satisfaction in life.

Jesus first preaching was on repentance. Apostles first and last messages were on repentance. What is that holding us back?

Let us open it before him and repent and come back to him from where we have fallen and lost the first love.....

Topic :Experiencing Victorious And Joyful Moments Amidst Failures, Trials And Deep Valley Experiences.

Man is gripped with many of these fears such as failure, rejection, ridicule, sickness, pain, fear of unknown, loneliness, disappointment, list goes on..

It is contrary to the mind of God for His people to be timid, fearful and anxious. And and to supress our fears He assures us of His constant presence, power and provision through His divine majestic Word.

What we keep on thinking and what we keep on confessing and declaring depending on the troublesome situations in our life, the same will happen. Familiar proverb, "What you think you become" is true indeed. But when we declare based on the Word of God saying, "I'm restored, I'm delivered, I'm protected, I'm healed" based on the divine Word of God, we will be victorious and joyful in all circumstances.

When we declare what God has decreed, the written Word becomes a manifested Word, and the manifested Word becomes the glorious Word and the glorious Word becomes a Victorious Word. So, let us keep declaring the divine promises of God with our mouth. Shall we?

Topic : International Women's Day. It Is Being Celebrated On March 8th Every Year. "Charm Is Beautiful And Beauty Is Passing; But A Woman Who Fears The Lord, She Shall Be Praised."

"No One Is Poor Who Has A Godly Mother." - Abraham Lincoln.

8th March is observed as International Women’s Day every year and re-establishes the importance of women empowerment.

Indian women stylish cricketers like Smriti Mandana and Harmanpreet Kaur are becoming the household name in Women's world cricket for their batting skills.

More than 100 years ago, International Women’s Day was recognized as the day when womanhood will be celebrated and cherished. It was recognised by United Nations.

There are notable examples of motherhood in the scriptures including Mary, mother of Jesus, Hannah, who produced Samuel, as judge and most revered prophet of Israel.

Whereas we see Samson though he too was chosen as the Judge of Israel, we never see or observe mother of Samson either guiding, counselling or admonishing her wayward son who indulged in sin and fell in love with the heathens. Samson could not fulfil the vision or the calling God gave to him as his upbringing by mother was not upright.

Whereas right from childhood of Samuel, his mother Hannah brought him up in the fear, knowledge and holiness of the Lord.

Prov. 31: Verses from 10 onwards.

Who can find a noble or a righteous wife? She is worth more than rubies. Her children call her blessed; Her husband also praises her. Many women do noble things but you surpassed them all.

Blessed is a woman who is a woman of prayer:

🏻‍♀A woman of prayer, makes the desert bloom!

🏻‍♀A woman of prayer, sees storms as opportunities!

🏻‍♀A woman of prayer, doesn't give up, she insists!

🏻‍♀A woman of prayer, does not speak, she acts!

🏻‍♀A woman of prayer, turns a curse into a blessing!

🏻‍♀A woman of prayer acts with wisdom!

🏻‍♀A woman of prayer, does not exalt herself, she humbles herself to be exalted!

🏻‍♀A woman of prayer, she is discreet, she knows her place.

🏻‍♀A woman of prayer says words that edify and brings life.

🏻‍♀A woman of prayer, acts by faith!

🏻‍♀A woman of prayer is not afraid, she trusts in God!

🏻‍♀A true WOMAN of prayer is one who is aware that with God she can do everything and that to have victories you only need to trust.

🏻‍♀For the woman of prayer there is nothing impossible, because “everything is possible to the one who believes”.

Topic : PERSEVERANCE Is The Key For Success. We Live In A Time Of Instant Noodles, T20 Cricket, Tik Tok, Where We Are Anxious For Quick Results.

The secret of Paul’s fruitfulness was that he practiced patience in trials.

1 Thessalonians 2:2: But even after we had suffered before and were spitefully treated at Philippi, as you know, we were bold in our God to speak to you the gospel of God in much conflict.

We want our works to produce fruit, but do we understand that every fruit has a season and a time for it? We need to have the perseverance to wait for God’s timing.

Acts 16 speaks of Paul’s ministry and sufferings in Philippi. They were beaten with rods and put in prison for the sake of the gospel. Many of us would have quit. Many today would have seen Paul’s imprisonment as a closed door, end of the chapter, but it wasn’t. It was an attempt of Satan to stop them. Satan is trying to stop us from every side.

A patient told the doctor who asked him to diet, “Don’t talk to me about improving my diet. I ate apples last three days and nothing has changed now.”

Yes! We are sometimes like this patient. We live in a time of instant noodles, T20 cricket, Tik Tok, where we are hungry and anxious for quick results. We often get worked up on delays or simple things and quit. Every of our hard work has an appointed time for the harvest, if don’t quit half way.

Don’t quit, don’t let your circumstances get better off you! You may be saying, I just do not feel things will work out? God does not work on our feelings, sometimes our feelings are given by the devil too.

Maybe you are struggling with a crisis now, fighting a court case, got bad medical report, facing crisis in your career, marriage not working out, you may feel all alone and weak.

I want to tell you that you have a God appointed time of fruitfulness.

Through Jesus you have the DNA to succeed. Don’t be discouraged looking at your circumstances or the other successful people.

You trust in God’s power and persevere. it is just a matter of time that you see fruit. I believe great times are coming your way because it is not over yet until God says it is over. Amen.

When we give and surender our lives to Christ we have entered into a new realm of fruitfulness and success.

Worry cripples our faith and enhances anxiety.

If we worry, we cannot trust; if we trust, we won't worry.

Philip. 4: 6 & 7. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding, will gaurd your hearts..

Why worry when we can pray? Our daily duties won't ne a burden if we trust the Lord and let God do His part.

Topic: "Balancing The Silence." Silence Certainly Avoids Several Problems And Friction. But Sometimes Silence Against Indiscipline And Worthless Talk Brings Great Harm And Loss.

Wrong submission by being often silent against the will of God shows us often in poor leadership.

The Bible does teach submission to those in authority (1 Peter 2:13, 14) but that doesn’t mean we cannot disagree and vocalize our disagreement.

The prophet Daniel and the Hebrew children disagreed with the kings decree not to pray out loud in Daniel

3. The midwives in Exodus 1:7-22 disagreed with Pharaoh’s decree because they feared God and kept giving birth.

However, here are the blessings of being silent to snub our ego and to allow God's will to suffer for His sake. To carry the cross of suffering like how Christ suffered.

Silence isn't absence. An old proverb says, 'Speech is silver, silence is gold!' Sometimes God says to you, 'Be still, and know that I am God.' (Psalm 46:10) You have to be really secure with somebody to just sit quietly with them. Silence takes the emphasis off words and builds a level of intimacy where they're no longer necessary. If you want to be comfortable with God, learn to enter into meditation and silence with Him.

Become famous in heaven by your silence and suffering on earth. But, balance the silence lest people use you as a door mat. You are not a door mat, but God's divine powerful vessel.

Help us to balance our lives Lord to be bold and assertive when things go against your divine purpose and silent when our ego fights for recognition and pride.

2 Tim. 01: 05. I call to remembrance the genuine faith that is in thee which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lo-is, and thy mother Eunice. No wonder Timothy was used of God in a strong way in the early church.

The faith and prayers of mothers can have a profound impact on the lives of the children in all fronts be it - education, name in the society, joy in the family and victory over evil and wicked tricks of the devil. A prayerful mother is the greatest gift any family can afford as prayer alone can build the family to prosperity and give a secured life to the family. There are numerous examples of praying mothers whose families prospered. Susan Wesley, mother of John Wesley, the founder of Methodism who knelt down and payed keeping her hand on their sons.

Young Hudson Taylor continued to experiment with world in the wordly pleasures, but her mother's undeterred 'prayers in tears' made a turnaround in his son's life and he became a powerful missionary to China.

In 1Samuel 1st chapter, we all know Hannah was a woman of prayer. She poured out her heart to the Lord and God's answer in the birth of her son, Samuel. Her faith and her prayers made her son the most revered and powerful prophet in the Kingdom of Israel.

"A mother's prayer can build a fortress around her children."

Jesus touched their eyes and said those words.

Faith can remove mountains. Restoration and healing depends upon our Faith. Often times it is we who limit the power of God..

Matt. 08: 05 to 07. centurion comes to Jesus and said "Lord my servant is paralysed & dreadfully tormented."

And Jesus said to him, "I will come and heal him." And centurion answered and said "Lord, I am not worthy that you should come under my roof. But only speak a word, and my servant will be healed."

The Lord said to the centurion, "Go your way, as you have believed, so let it be done for you." The same moment - split of a second his servant was healed.

Restoration depends upon our faith.....
