When we stop and think about the incredible sacrifice for our salvation, we just can’t keep this life-saving news to ourselves! God is such an awesome God and the whole world needs to know!

The best way to witness for Jesus is to live by example and not by mere words..

Let every aspect of our lives reflect God’s character. We may feel shy, awkward, or unworthy to witness for Christ, but God isn’t asking just the highly-educated and sophisticated people only to witness.

He wants everyone to share His love during this season to show what Christmas is all about! Let's Pray for insight and holy boldness to be an incredible soul-winning tool for God!

Bible says in 1 Peter 3:15, “Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that we have. But we need to do this with gentleness and respect.” Pay especially close attention to the last line: with gentleness and respect.

Too many knowledgeable people try to argue religion! They go about it all the wrong way, using the Bible as a “hammer” to let people know what they are doing is wrong. But that is not the right way to witness and more importantly, it is not God’s way! The best way to win souls for Jesus is to “love them” to the Lord!

*Friendship evangelism is much more effective than criticism and harsh judgment.* Follow God’s commission in Mark 16:15 to “Go ye into all the world and preach the good news to all creation.

Divine Omnipresent Lord God Almighty was with us. He is with us, and He will be with us.

The word Advent comes from the Latin verb 'venio' - to come and 'advenio' - to come towards. Advent is the time to celebrate both past and the future.

Emmanuel, is one of the names we use for God often at this time of year. What It means, as we all know, 'God-with-Us'. It conveys a sense of omnipresence of the divine, and that we find evidence of the presence everywhere and anywhere we look for it.

There are times when we find it hard to trust God to look after us.

There are times when we think our situation is so bad there’s no way out. There are other times when we think we know the best solution to our problems, and so we don’t bother to ask God for help till we land into unresolvable problems. Problems of hurricane proportion. All the three statements we might have experienced in life one time or the other..

How we experience it depends solely on individual relationship with Emmanuel, the Lord God......

In this world we observe though they have everything, and yet they feel empty void and lonely.

Only and only when we and the world gets truly connected to this Immanuel, 'God with us', which has been prophesied 2000 years back, we can experience the true omnipresent divine Lord God Almighty's presence.

Topic : The Spirit Of Thanksgiving! It Puts A Seal Of Blessing On Anything That We Have Already Received.

In his first presidential proclamation, George Washington designated November 26, 1789 as a Day of National Thanksgiving. The next president to issue a Thanksgiving Proclamation was Abraham Lincoln, who in 1863, also designated November 26.

Thanksgiving is a federal holiday in the United States, celebrated on the fourth Thursday of November. Six more other nations too celebrate this occasion.

The spirit of thanksgiving is the key to releasing the supernatural power of God in our lives.

Jesus fed 5,000 people with the power of thanksgiving. John 6:11 it says, "And Jesus took the loaves. And when He had given thanks, He distributed to the disciples, and the disciples gave to the people.

We should be thankful for everything that God has brought us through. We may have gone through more than we wanted to, but it was His grace, His mercy, and His hand that has sustained us until this day. We should be thankful for His Word that is alive and powerful, for every promise that He has made and kept, and for every promise that He has made and will keep in the future, because our God is not a man that He should lie. We should be thankful unto Him and bless His name always.

So many of us forget the goodness of God and quickly remember the things we wish to complain about when the Bible tells us very clearly, "Be thankful to Him, and bless His name" (Psalm 100:4).

There are many challenges that we face throughout our lifetime. These challenges teach us and force us to grow. Some challenges even remind us of what happens when we walk away from the righteous path.

These trials that God chooses to perfect our faith. We are often quick to declare these trials to be attacks of the enemy, and immediately start a distressed cry and asking God, “Why me?” But God is pruning you by taking you out of your comfort zone and in a new direction to help you fully realize all that He has to offer you. You are settling for good when God wants to give you His very best.

The appropriate response when in a trial is to say, “God, I don’t know what You’re doing. I don’t understand what You’re doing. But I trust You’re too wise to make a mistake. You’re too loving to be unkind. And by faith, I’m going to walk with You until we get the answer.”

When life seems filled with trouble, it can be difficult to maintain an attitude of gratitude. All we see is our current circumstance, like a blackened storm. We can become caught up in the pain and anxiety and forget to be thankful.

But every day, we can choose to be thankful. Thankful for the hard times that make us appreciate the good times. Thankful for the lessons that are needed for our development. Thankful for the people in our lives—those we love and those we learn from. Thankful for receiving the courage and strength to fight through the hard times. No matter if this day brings an unforeseen challenge or an unexpected blessing, whatever today might bring, we need to give thanks.

We all are aware that world cup football tournament is being played at Qatar now. It is conducted by Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) for every four years. It started from the year 2030. Brazil has won this cup 6 times, the most by any country.

Already we have shocking news of this tournament. Outside rankers, Saudi Arabia has upset 3rd seeded and one of the hot tournament favorites, Argentina by 2:1 goals.

Today would like to share as how someone's help and sacrifice in his early days of his career helped Ronaldo Christiana to become one of th great football player in the world today.

Let's hear what Ronaldo said during one of the interviews, after receiving an award. He said, "I dedicate this award to my friend, Albert Fantrau. Yes, I am successful and become a great footballer today because of hum and his sacrifice. And all my success owes to my friend Albert. We played together in a youth team club. That time, leading "Sporting Recruiters Academy" came to observe us, and said that the attacker who scored most of the goals will be recruited in this sporting academy. 1st goal I scored. 2nd goal Albert Fantrau scored. Then Albert dribbled past two defenders and even the goal keeper, and it just needed to net the goal into the open goal post. Meanwhile Albert saw me running to his right side. Instead of kicking the ball into the open goal post and getting recruited, seeing me he passed the ball to me and I scored the goal."

On asking, the reason why you did like that?" Albert Fantrau said, "I know you are better player than me." Had Albert not sacrificed, Ronaldo would not have been what he is now. He is one of the greatest players of all time. He is an attacking forward and captain of the present Portugal team in this world cup.

How this verse "Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things (needs)of others" is relevant to the sacrifice of Albert to help Ronaldo to be selected.

Life constantly presents each of us with opportunities to help others. Unfortunately we let lose those... To enable others to be successful, we need to understand the needs of others and be of help like the sacrifice of what Albert Fantrau has done to Christina Ronaldo.

Many times, instead of helping others to be successful, many in this world will not think of helping others to succeed, but with envy and jealousy try to further snub them, *unless we live deeply rooted in Christ.*

Paul was addressing and encouraging the church at Phillipi to help each other and respect each other....

What we allow into our minds determines our reality and ultimately our legacy. Therefore mastering or controlling our mind positively is of great importance.

As someone thinks within himself, so he is. Prov. 23:7.

When we think, we build thoughts, and these become physical substance in our brains.

There is a class of people who boast of their honesty and frankness because we just say what we think without any second thought. Flinging out the words right and left as they come, no matter where they strike or whom they wound. Call it not honesty, but boasted frankness; call it miserable impertinence, reckless cruelty. We have no right to say what we think we can say, unless we think lovingly and sweetly..

We certainly have no right to unlade our jealousies, envies, bad humour, and miserable spites upon someone's heart.

If we must be ugly tempered, we should at least keep that ugliness locked up in ourselves, and not let it out to mar other people's happiness. Or we must speak out the wretched feelings, let us go into our own room and no ears hear it, but our own ears shall hear the hateful words.

Topic : What We Sow We Reap. When You Are Praying For Others, Others Will Be Praying For You. Today's Key Word Is

"One Another."

The New Testament uses the phrase “one another” 58 times. The Bible says Christians are to love one another, help one another, serve one another, bear one another’s burdens, and so on. Whether we believe it or not, it pays back with rich dividends. Let us not hold back like how monkeys hold back the nuts even when they are caught....

It is important to know what it means to support one another. Being kind to one another and to love one another.

"Our lives will last as long as God has something for us to do." - Max Anders

"If we have no peace, we have forgotten that we belong to each other." - Mother Teresa

We weren't meant to carry the load of life on our own. We need one another. Life can be heavy. People have been through disappointments, failures, betrayal, and some are dealing with illness, and are lonely. They can smile on the outside but be hurting inside. They have pressure and stress we know nothing about.

James tells us to "pray for one another" (James 5:16). When you pray for them, it helps lighten the load. Your prayer causes the angels to be busy in their work. Chains of depression, sickness, financial mess, people are at the cross roads unable to take decisions, and loneliness that have held them back begin to loosen, when we are in touch with one another and when we pray.

When we speak faith into their destiny, the forces of darkness begin to lose their grip. It may not happen overnight, but our prayer is making a difference. Our prayer may be what's keeping them going. They don't even know you're praying, but the Scripture says that what you do in secret, God will reward you in the open. When you pray for others, God will always make sure somebody is praying for you.

Topic: Struggles And Hinderances That Block Us From Enjoying "Worship And Praise".

Hinderances can be from sins of gossip, pride, hatred, anger and arrogance because of having power and wealth, fear of other habitual and secret sins. Relationship conflicts, and many struggle in this area thereby not allowing them to worship the Lord freely. Cold and luke warm relationship with God.

Such sins are the main hindrances that will never allow us to worship the Lord.

What are the barriers that you feel are hindering you personally to worship and praise Him and reap the blessings of worship? You and I can make a small check list.

Then, how can we overcome these barriers?

By being obedient to the Word of God..

1 Sam. 15 : 22 says, "To obey is better than sacrifice." Obedience is the best form of worship.

This true worship in an individual's life can happen only when he or she truly knows and experiences personally who the Lord God Almighty is, and truly understands what He has done for us. And experience personally His love, His power of Omnipotence and Omniscience.

Completely yielded life to Christ enables us to truly worship Him. A life that has a clean and pure heart. Anyone who sacrifices self centeredness enjoys worshipping the Lord.

Topic : Let Us Be An Encourager In Small Ways We Can!

If We Knew The Pains And Sorrows Which Make Life Hard With Whom We Are Tempted To Be Impatient...

1 Thes. 5 : 11. Therefore encourage one another and build each other.

We should learn to look at the faults of others only through compassionate eyes , with charity, patience and compassion. We do not know the secret history of the lives of others. We do not know how piercing sorrows have produced the scars which we see in people's souls.

We do not know the pains and trials which make life hard to many with whom we are tempted to be impatient...

If we knew all the secret burdens and the heart-wounds which may carry hidden beneath their smiling faces, we would be patient and gentle with all men.

Let's be an encourager like Barnabas..It was Barnabas who stood with Paul when the disciples refused to accept Paul. It was Barnabas encouragement in the initial stages of Christian life of Paul.

Otherwise Paul would have not written more than half of the new testament and there would have been not so many churches had not Barnabas encouraged him. With his influence he stood with Paul when disciples opposed Paul and he was the encourager to accompany Paul initially in the missionary journeys.

Barnabas had also encouraged and supported John Mark who went back home from the middle of the missionary journey. He pursued with John Mark though Paul opposed. Had he not pursued with John Mark inspite of his earlier mistakes, there would not have been the Mark Gospel for us.

Let's be an encourager in small ways. Who knows? One you helped might become great instrument in the Lord's hand. We never hear after a certain period regarding Barnabas, but his good work continued in the lives of John Mark and apostle Paul.

For devotion, let us mediate Psalm 3rd chapter.

Lord, how are they increased that trouble me! many are they that rise up against me.

2.

Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.

3.

But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.

4.

I cried unto the Lord with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.

5.

I laid me down and slept; I awakened; for the Lord sustained me.

6.

I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.

7.

Arise, O Lord; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.

Salvation belongeth unto the Lord: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.

Blessed are those who fear the Lord!! Blessed are those people who share the redemptive salvation of having Christ within who died for our sins and rose again.

Here also we observe David also was also no strange to family and personal problems. He had plenty. The great man of God found himself overwhelmed because of the rebellion of his very own son, the handsome Absalom who looks beautiful to look at, but deceit, greed within and wrong companion ruined him to upsurge his own beloved father's throne.

Rather than stay and fight with him, he chose to flee from home and his throne. Though many thought David was forsaken by God, David thought it otherwise. Even amidst severe unbearable trials, he still saw the Lord has been his shield, protector and fortress.

Even in our lives, when doctor's reports are discouraging, financial crisis, family issues, death of our lived ones, may too rise like how David faced. And how he encouraged himself and strengthened to say, "Thou are my shield and strength".

Topic: Significance Of Praise In A Christian's life. What Is Praise? Praise Is "Inner Health Made Audible" says C.S. Lewis..

The roar of the delighted mob at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Australia lavishing praise on the Indian Cricket team for their astonishing victory over arch rivals, Pakistan in the T-20 World cup cricket tournament on 23rd October recently. The roar and praises of the crowd when their team wins the Big Game is unimaginable.

Parents praise their kids. Grandparents patents praise them even more. Teachers praise the students when they perform good in their exams or when they excel in a competition or an interview. Praise is therefore an integral part of life. We praise what we value. We praise what we love.

Ps 100:1 Make a joyful noise unto the Lord all ye land.

Most of us agree that the Almighty, Immortal and Invisible God is what we love and value the most. But, then, why it is difficult for so many of us to praise Him? In Reflections of one of the Psalm, C.S. Lewis writes that praise is "inner health that is made audible".

For those with healthy spiritual life, praise is natural. It easily flows from the heart of one who has a relationship with God. For others, those who praise, "it's just a religious training" without inviting the presence of God. And lack of understanding God's Omnipotent power, fear of embarrassment, unholiness are few which distances human mind from praising God. it becomes wall or an obstacle.

It really sadens me to see people in most of the churches, many skip the praise and worship time and listen to the sermon directly.

Praise and worship is the opening act to the Pastors'message. Praise softens the soil of hearts so that seed of the message can be planted.

1. *Praise Gives Us Access To God.*

We can praise Him anytime. We can start with praising Him before prayer time. Praise Him before you meditate God's Word. You can praise Him with songs while driving the car.

2. *Praise Changes/ Transforms us.*

I've observed in Crusades, during Praise and worship hardest of hearts melt and lives have changed, and repented of their sins. Physical and spiritual healings take place, and deliverance takes place.

Therefore, Praise changes relationships for good. It changes hearts. It changes mindset. Praise shifts our focus from problems to the solution. From pain to promise. From hurt to hope.

In the fires of praise, God reaches out and melts down our jagged crooked edges until we become smooth in His hands.

We become so smooth, when others see us or when see in a mirror, we reflect the rest, peace, calmness and joy unspeakable.
